this is a classic manic episode triggered by cocaine, these delusions of grandeur are not fake and they are not jokes, that is what you feel like when you are manic. in some extreme cases of manic episodes people believe that they were sent to save the world or that they have so much greatness in them that they would do the world an injustice by not saving it, it goes as far as believing you can fly or that you are god... as much as it is funny it is actually tragic, this super high comes with the hardest darkest deepest depression in the darkest pits of hell that is so unbearable and indescribable that its best to never talk about it.... this feeling he has is amazing, nothing beats it, no roller coaster, no sex, not getting your first car or actually saving the world, nothing beats that feeling but it is still nothing compared to the depression that follows. when you feel like this and you also experience the other extreme you have a huge perspective to measure between the 2 extremes and you always remember how good it felt and you compare it to the sadness you feel afterwards and that discrepancy and awareness of the difference makes life not just unbearable but completely impossible so you carry on for the people around you... in my case i wait around for the people that love me, but the moment they are gone i will check out...

I could never say or think anything bad about this man. Whether he's a drug addict or alcoholic. I've been in that state before, it's scary, sad, lonely, frustrating, sometimes humiliating, ect... If I meet him in person I would treat him as a human. being, with dignity and respect. I would exercise humility and sincere friendship, yet keep my heathy boundaries. I would never talk garbage about him to his face especially behind his back. I never engage in malicious gossip about. To me, he isn't a joke nor is his behavior a joke. I don't this person on a personal face to face level. I always ignore what the media says about any celebrity. Sometimes when I see Charlie Sheen and other people in that state, I feel a vary real pain in the centrer of my physical heart. It elicits an emotional pain and an indescribable mental termoial. I want to cry but can't instead of the tears overwhelming respect and compassion swell out of me. And as the dark black shadow of sorrow follows me, it's presence grows stronger in my space and mind when I hear someone talk garbage or sarcastically speak jokes about anyone in such a condition like Mr Sheen's....
