Everything seems to be going wrong for Alan (Jon Cryer). First, he has a bad day at work, then he forgets Jake (Angus T. Jones) at soccer practice, and THEN gets a special letter from the IRS. Of course, Charlie (Charlie Sheen) is less than helpful. (Season 2 Episode 16).
Synopsis: Chiropractor and single father Alan Harper (Jon Cryer) lives in a beachfront house with divorced internet billionaire Walden Schmidt (Ashton Kutcher), who bought the house following the untimely death of Alan's brother, Charlie (Charlie Sheen).

This was season two, which was my favorite season.... Absolute perfection in the writing
These were the best years of Two and a Half Men. Such a great show...the first four to five seasons were pure gold.
If I get chance to see the whole series again. I would definitely see it.

The bit that always slays me is when Charlie has grabbed a towel and curled up on the floor of the bathroom and gone back to sleep 😅
I know the feeling. There's no better time for me to go to sleep than right after waking up. I'm super drowsy and mellow if I get to sleep some more. In the evening it's not that easy ironically. Retirement will be so awesome, no rigid schedules anymore.

Old man was alcoholic…got forgotten so often through first and second grade [No school buses] that was moved to a [lower quality] school in 3rd grade bc walking distance from home. School let out at 2pm, was there past midnight almost everyday asleep on the bleachers. Kids gone teachers gone everyone gone neighborhood quiet just me and the night watchman. Great memories 🎉

What’s funny about this show is many of us felt identified at least in one of these acts. Writers of this comedy were high IQ level.
