IoT or Internet of things still give me the creeps. I feel anything that has wifi or internet can compromise ones privacy and security. Cameras and microphones can be turned on without you knowing. I know its convenient but there are downsides coz anything can be hacked.
Your honest review is what i like most.

Sarap naman ng router. Router na isang taon ko ng nasa wish list. 😁Though AIMesh part can be explained better. I think you explained the MU-MIMO feature with the tunnel scenario. Mesh is usually explained in comparison against extenders.

Hey Slater, try getting in touch with Nest support. They're open 24/7. About your Nest Hello, pwedeng ung network ay mahina since malayo na sa router. Either extender or contact your ISP to change channels or do port forwarding.

By the way kidding aside, when using wifi 6 I think it is recommended to use it outside the cabinet. And try to explore it’s functions like QOS and stuffs.
I think with the level of tech we have now home automation is more of a passion and somewhat of a hobby. I have a smarthome set up and I dont feel that it is a lot of work because I enjoy setting it up and if works well 95% of the time for us.

Thats right. One of the reason as well I moved all the smart devices to its own router to avoid congestion with the network for this not to happen. Also I am starting to change devices to zigbee para sa hub na lang lahat. Pero still kanya2 nmn tyo on how we will live our lives lalo na sa loob ng bahay natin. 😅 Yun lang tlga setting up needs patience and research talaga to find the best fit para sa bahay mo and it will take hours.
Tama sir.. Mejo problema nga yang congestion pag masyado ng marami.. Saken ang solution ko lang jan bumili ako ng mas maganda wifi na router.. Ok naman so far ang setup..
@@fanakongpne ang router lang namin is google onHub + 1 repeater. currently may 79 connected devices kami (more than half ay smart devices). our ISP is converge yung 30 mbps lang. 😅 keri naman lahat mag 2yrs na smart home set up namin. idle naman yung mga devices kapag walang commands. and cctvs only consume data if magstream otherwise 0bps up 0bps down. 👍
@Paolo Gomez personally ang goal ko kaya tinry ko mag smart home setup is yung wise and efficient use of energy. may mga times kasi na nakakalimutan namin off mga ilaw, tv, ac sa rooms pag umaalis or pag nakatulog na. kaya super helpful ng scheduling features and voice commands. hindi lang sya basta passion or hobby, legit na katulong/assistant sya at no need bigyan ng salary haha.

What do you do when your smart lock breaks or isn’t working and you’re locked out? I don’t see a key slot. I like the sleek secret door look but I feel like we still need to put in a key option or have another entrance
May ibang door siguro somewhere..
Not sure if it's the same as ours, but our smart lock system's keyhole is at the bottom thickness of the unit.
