    this proves na if your pool or home is built properly, you’ll save up on expenses down the line. Need lang talaga ng malaking upfront investment but sulit if you’ll be using it all the time ❤️

    That’s cool Sir Slater and very informative. Regarding Water Chemistry suggestion ko Sir ay i-monitor mo din ang LSI ng pool water to make sure na hindi corrosive/scale forming ang tubig. Things to consider when it comes sa LSI ay ang pool water Temperature, TDS, Calcium Hardness, Alkalinity and pH. And also consider using borates, maraming benefits ang borates (boric acid).

    Just wondering, from the previous vlogs we are talking about cracks on the wall, etc. Is the pool affected or have cracks currently? As mentioned, only evaporation lessen the water level, so we assumed that the pool don't have cracks or leaks. Is there any engr. side explanation why does the pool don't have cracks? Hehe thank you

Second how big is the room for the filter and u mentioned its in the back, how far is it since there would be piping involved.. im like u as well.. have a back injury history and now designing a new house n planning to build a pool.. i really like your pool.. esp the gym with the pool view.. thats just awesome.. thanks!

    another topic. diffuser vs humidifier vs purifier, do you use those?

    • @kythconney7412
      @kythconney7412 Před 2 lety +31

      Based lang po sa pagkakaintindi ko sa terms, i think yung pagkakaiba nila is yung diffuser, pangdiffuse talaga sya ng scents. Mukha syang humidifier pero yung main purpose nya ay to diffuse scents talaga, hindi maghumidify ng room. Kaya merong diffuser na parang incense. Yung humidifier naman, yung main purpose nya is to add moisture back into the air sa loob ng room. Helpful sya lalo sa loob ng air conditioned rooms kasi those rooms tend to have really dry air na when you sleep inside, nakakadry sya ng eyes, lips and nasal passage. Yung air purifier naman, finifilter nya yung hangin sa loob ng room and removes yung lumilipad na dust, pollen, nalagas na balahibo ng fur babies nyo and meron ding iba na nareremove yung bad odors.

    Hi Slater, curious lang. Parang napansin ko may salt chlorinator kang naka setup? Sira na ba un kaya nag switch ka sa trichlor? Magkaibang chlorine kasi silang dalawa. If medyo matagal ka nang gumagamit ng trichlor ang tendency ng water ay maging acidic kaya instead na muriatic acid, baking soda to increase TA, soda ash or aeration to increase pH. I suggest monitor mo rin ang CYA level kasi hindi na sya safe kapag nag exceed na sa 50ppm. Dahil nga nasa acidic side ang trichlor, hindi advisable na ilagay sya sa loob ng skimmer kasi magiging mataas ang concentration ng acid doon at eventually magko-corrode ang piping / equipment mo na possible mag cause ng leak. Sobrang importante ng water chemistry kailangan LSI balance not just for the safety of swimmers lalo na kung may kids pero para na rin tumagal ang equipment at finishing ng pool.
