This house looks really good. The only thing I would advise is to put railings by the stairs and make the loft railing higher. It looks like a safety hazard.

Dagdagan nyo nalang po railings sa kabila ang hagdan then taasan ang rail sa roon then as much as possible dont put horinzal bars sa rail para iwas akyat ang bata. Pero if target client nyo is mga walamg anak. Ok naman din yan. Ganda naman sya eh. Kudos to you for hiring an architect.

What’s the fence made of?
Footprint-wise at 42sqm isn't exactly tiny in the Philippines. Most developers are selling houses with around 30 sqm footprint then they just double that floor space by fitting the entire second floor into as many rooms as a closet can fit.
It looks nice and comfy. Obviously, a well-thought out space. I have to say though, tiny house is not a new concept here in the Philippines. It's just not known as such because it is commonplace anyway. This is tiny house only as far as the haves in this country goes. Same with open space living, design or architecture. That is quite traditional as far as Filipino culture goes. Mainstream architecture these days are mainly due to western influences. Nothing wrong exactly. It's just amusing to hear tiny living and open concept in interior design as if they're new to the Philippines and Filipinos.
Every part of the house is aesthetically good and functional. Worried ko lang ung railing sa loft, very low, knowing the walkable space is small. Medyo taasan lang sana for safety.

Could have explained the swimming pool materials and shown how his mini cinema looks like when watching some films.
Also the total cost of the house and rent cost.
Things that I could have changed on the design:
I could have made the house closer to the wall on one side and have an extended pool and garden at that area.
Also put the car parking inside
And another handle for the stairs.
A proper dining area
Other than those I mentioned, superb design.

Gusto ko walang stairs, kong baga yong 2nd floor na bedroom ma elevate mode function.
