this easily beats new luxury residential for sale in manila in years.🔥 bungalow is luxury. this house is devoid of shiny materials, shiny materials is outdated luxury. crazy solar panels at 70kw with batteries. While I hate utilities, it is huge waste of money and environment to have that huge diesel generator. The grid can be used as backup or charger for the batteries. While I said bungalow is luxury, it would be nice if the rooftop allows for human activities like parties or laundry.
Its great to see working minds love and building together not just 1Mil php house builds. Much appreciated, i will see my pinay in october still getting to know her. She is awesome
