    I been practicing discipline and consistency and feel so much better. I still need self improvement but I’m better than ever. Still working on binging and waking up early. I’m working out 5 months counting. Got new planner and planning task daily. And to do app. Alarmy where you do task to wake up. Now I’m doing weekly what I eat in week video and video weight loss diaries. And weekly podcast episodes. Now I’m doing protein and calories tracking and using food scale. Made 6 months goal list and look at it few times a day. I’m so proud of my growth and your content and your hard work.

    I just want to say, your weight loss journey video came across my home page roughly 6 weeks ago and it was incredibly motivating for me. I’ve since been meal prepping every week, which is something I’ve tried nearly a dozen times in the past and given up on. & I’ve been more frequent in the gym. I’m saying all this to say, don’t stop posting these great videos. They’re keeping my motivation rolling. 😂❤️

    Thank you for this lecture! 😅I used to be a person with incredible self discipline… then I got married, have 2 kids, and a full time job. In response to this I give all my extra energy to those around me and have given up on myself. This was a wake up call for me🎉

    Definitely needed this!! Working on not being so lazy myself. 100% agree on taking everything one step at a time! I've been working with a trainer and we've been adding habits one step at a time

    yes to all of this!! it’s SO much easier to take on one thing at a time! I wanted to revamp my entire life but i’m taking baby steps to achieve everything. I started with being disciplined with my night routine and making it a non negotiable. I feel like I have it down enough to add the next thing now!

    Great video Morgan! Loved the book Atomic Habits and after I finished reading it, I started to only watch CZcams videos while working out too! So I would save the videos I wanted to watch to my watch later list and just leave them there until I worked out that day or the next, etc. It has helped keep me in check and stick to my goals!
