It take times if you want to have stable results and not doing a roller coaster 🎢 with your weight. I got this. After my pregnancy, at 37 I gave myself a goal to lose 35 pounds for my 40 birthday! Never achieved it. Reality is you go back full time to the office and had now a second job as a mom. Sleep deprivation , stress and making tones of food to feed rhe family doesn’t help at all to keep up on the motivation. But I learn a lot about healthy eating, fitness and my internal motivation mechanism through all my « tries ». I am 46 yo this years and I keep telling myself, it’s depends on tons of factors and sometimes I just can’t control all of them … but i keep trying and enjoy life meanwhile!

I really appreciate this so so much, I think the fear of weight gain is so much more prevalent when you’ve gained a lot amount in the past, it really messes with you dysmorphia at least for me but you deffinitely don’t need to change anything aesthetically. You look incredible!

I love this! I'm on day 4 of my “75Hard inspired” challenge. I'm a SAHM of a 2 yr old and right now my husband is away for 3 months due to military duties. Its been so hard to fall back in love with myself since having a kid so I wanted to dedicate this time away to bettering myself. I knew when starting this that I wouldn't be able to do the Andy way! But I do follow the general rules. I have my kid with me everyday, every where, with no help so it is literally impossible for me to complete this the Andy way, however I believe at the end of this I will be way more disciplined and feel better than I did before! And that for me is the goal ❤. Your results are amazing and you rocked this challenge.

I only do dry goods + no substitutions IF i do a pick up order. But I just go to the store usually for this reason.

As an Instacart shopper I’m always asking questions like, how yellow/green do you prefer your bananas? And how green/black do you prefer your avocados? And my mom had always told me to grab the biggest onions and cucumbers/zucchini’s that I could. But I know personally that I’m out to make that customer’s day AND hopefully I’ll be tipped well (cuz most of my needed income is tips not the driving fee) *however* I can totally hear the Walmart manager telling an employee to grab the produce that isn’t going to sell as well to move it out of there because the consequences are nil 🤦🏼‍♀️
