How to Make Your Own Raisins!

Raisins are good - but they could be better! Most raisins are made from concord grapes, but with some simple tools and a little time you can make your own from any number of other varieties! Let's go!

Just a tip for dehydrating grapes and other small fruit like blueberries. After washing them put them in the freezer overnight first, it splits the skins so you do NOT have to poke them individually.
