      @@cathyt144 he did kill it, the only thing he cut of before killing it was the tail so he wouldnt get hurt himself. But you can see afterwards he cuts into its head from underneath breaking its skull.

      @@roberto4001000 and you do know that if they kill the fish and leave it for a while before butchering bacteria can grow in minutes and if consumed we can fall rlly I'll that's why they put the fish in ice so they are preserved and fresh or butcher it alive and quick so no bacteria will get on the fish and I love animals I do it's just amazing how these guys butcher things alot quicker and smart ways to cut the meat, I sell the meat I butcher on store and I'm sure it goes everywhere in the states so u could be eating the food I butchered today or so be thankful u have food to fucking eat and sorry we can't find a way to butcher animals without blood spilling to please one crybaby bitch person

    (泡魚) 隻魷魚...個(肝)淺啡好新鮮,不過順手就扔咗去,個(肝)隨時好食過魚身!
    ~從前嘅香港人 好小會食,從來未食過可能會較難接受,咁我問: 你食唔食豬潤?
    ~另外: 還有個(扣)呢….即係個(胃)係爽彈,每條魚只得一小個,若要做小菜最少都要十幾、
    二十個(扣);我都唔知一碟應該賣多少錢才算合理,不過有錢都未必食到,除非係私房菜。

    He first chops off the tail... for his own convenience.
    But he doesnt kill the fish until it is cut completely open.
    I call this barbaric.
    That the fish drops on the dirty floor isnt important,
    At least in this video he doesnt use his completely rusted chopping knife

      @@ohseafoodhk This stingray tails is poison... do read up the (features of marine fish).. commonly once be catch.. for fishman safety will be chop off. In Hongkong is a places famous for it freshness of seafood n food. That why is a country award with many Michelle star restaurants. In hongkong culture they only eat fresh n live stuff. But.. not all commoners can afford such expensive n extravaganza seafood. I believe *OH! Seafood.. spokesperson are of higher income earner with can afford such freshness. Or maybe get a better discount every time u parton this fish monger. Free Advertising. Yes.. it is a ways to video the traditional fishmonger trade with good intentions. In every part of the world.. different cultures had theirs own ways of practices cleaning seafood. In Japan n Korean unless u visit those live fish markets to try on raw seafood or sushi... it a different stories.
