This looks really cool. I was getting used to hearing bad things, but this seems like a really interesting action adventure game. I also really like that, although Lara is a woman, her struggle is portrayed with her as a person; she doesn't look all "weak and womanly", she looks positively cool and capable, like a protagonist I'd want to play as. I hope the game does well.
It is a completely open world. You are able to run around and explore in between missions.
I am very excited for this game. Looks promising

ikr, but this is supposed to be a prequel , she's not the Lara we know, and don't expect acrobats too.
the game looks so fine that i may want to try buying it. however her grunting just sounds so wrong it's kinda hard to picture what type of game im playing plus graphics needs a bit more tweaking imo.

If you look at the thumbnail for this vid, you will notice that Lara doesn't even have an arrow for that bow...

Game has been in development longer than Far Cry 3 I think, hopefully you arent saying this is a copy or whatever.

dude the story the gameplay this time you are lara in Far cry 3 you are Jason in FC3 you get on a island you battle with pirates you gain XP same story here in FC3 your first weapon is a machete here is an axe its exactly like far cry 3 but from third person

a tomb raider game is nothing without its puzzles. So far tomb raider has just been about not finishing stories and reboots getting tired of it, i hope this is the last reboot/story change

What the hell does the bow have to do with anything? Oh my how original a god damned bow. Lol this game looks good, and I look forward to playing it; I was only making the observation that it looks less like the Tomb Raider of the past and more like Uncharted with all of its cinematic nature. Now if you can learn to string together a sentence and spell the word "right" with a t on the end of it, maybe id take you seriously.

Most male characters grunt? Hardly, she grunts even when she's not getting hurt, her grunting in a overkill big time. Besides, name one game, were the lead male character grunts, 400 times, in a 4 minutes period.

Yeah I know Uncharted ripped off Tomb Raider, but Tomb Raider these days ain't so popular as once when it was king of 3D platformers. But here the ripoff is much more evident and I don't blame Crystal Dynamics for rip offing the best game series that we got in the past years, but I just wanted to point that out.
