I don't like the weight between my legs so I have multiple weight vests at 50 lb, 75lb, 100 lb, 125 and 150lb so I just change the vest, not the weight. Man, I do agree with you on the feeling light after weighed pullups. Same for weighted negatives.
I'm up to 50kg I can do two reps then back down to 40kg I've been stuck here for months is there any advice you have for me? Should I be focusing more on 40kg for more reps first? I currently do 5 sets of 40kg around - 5,4,3,3,3 reps range. Should I stay on 40kg until I can do 5 sets of 5 reps then move up? That's what I used to do... Any advice is appreciated. I'm hoping once I can do one pull up of 70kg that means I automatically unlock the one arm pull up 😂😂😂 I'm around 190lbs and 180lbs lean/shredded about as much as I can naturally without passing out 😂
Imo depends on the intensity. If you work to failure then rest days. If you've doing 70-80% daily should be fine....... Remember Muscles, Joints and Nervous systems all need a rest.
@@richrich876 Hey, thanks for replying. That sounds like a great way to plan out workouts, never thought of it. I've been doing till failure every day, sounds like a bad thing to do.
i’m struggling with my own 180lbs and this guy is adding that on top of his own weight
You got it! Once you break the feeling of pulling extra weight you’ll progress very fast!
Holy hell Sarge you'r going to break the bar man! He didn't feel strong?! Pulls 180 lbs..WTF?! 🤣🤣🤣
You are *the man*!
lol yeah the 90lbs pull was definitely harder than usual but we still got in a good one!
That is very impressive Michael!
Unbelievable 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Super saiyan strong dawg your pull up impressive 😎💪
Do you ever do any bodyweight push training? Planche, handstand pushups, weighted dips, anything like that?

That’s awesome! Vests always hurt my shoulders at heavy weight so I don’t personally like using them for more than like 20-50lbs
Very impressive Michael.
Thank you 💪
How do you do those shakers that looks so cool
Can i change the weight with a backpack with book because i do at home and i dont have any plate or dumbell🙏🏻

80+ kilogrammes is impressive! Wow. I can barely lift 40 kilos.
Is it safe to train pull-ups everyday? Or should I be resting every alternate day?
