    I love your videos. I'm 14 yrs old and i'm training to be a Marine I can do 43 push ups but I can't do a pull up. This will def help!

    I just set up my rack which has the multigrip crossmember and a fat bar. I was surprised, I pulled about 10 easily on neutral grip whereas I’m struggling through three with the fat bar.
    When you get to advanced training stage, is there still a differential in the max reps with the various grips and bar sizes, and if so how would you account for any differences?
    Also, what brand is the dip/pullup belt you use/recommend?

    Does creatine supplementation help to do more pull ups? Is it even worth to supplement creatine when your goal is to do the most number of pull ups?
