I just set up my rack which has the multigrip crossmember and a fat bar. I was surprised, I pulled about 10 easily on neutral grip whereas I’m struggling through three with the fat bar. When you get to advanced training stage, is there still a differential in the max reps with the various grips and bar sizes, and if so how would you account for any differences? Also, what brand is the dip/pullup belt you use/recommend? Thanks for all the content!

Talking while doing typewriters is nuts. I can do typewriters but I feel like I’m going to explode hahaha
Does creatine supplementation help to do more pull ups? Is it even worth to supplement creatine when your goal is to do the most number of pull ups?
