Udon noodles are such a versatile and delightful ingredient! They absorb flavors beautifully, making them a perfect choice for a stir-fry dish. Combining them with beef is a great idea as it adds a rich, savory element to the meal. The simplicity of this recipe likely makes it accessible for cooks of all levels, and it's always exciting to try new variations on classic stir-fry dishes. Plus, there's something so comforting about a warm bowl of noodles, isn't there? 🍜✨

Love your videos. They are short and to the point. Thanks for putting ingredients and amounts, in both grams and ounces! 👍🙏❤️🇨🇦
"Oh no, you didn't use a wok, sacrilege!" I'm glad you didn't use a wok, and used a standard non-stick pan. Dish looks amazing and will be making it myself.
Looks tasty!
I plan to prepare it soon. I think I'll cook the meat first to impart it's flavor from pan drippings into the vegetables. Also, for Asian dishes, I much prefer Napa cabbage if it's available and looks good at the market.
Thanks for the inspiring video!

Hi Stacey, I just found your channel and have watched quite a few of your videos. I live in Hawaii and I eat mostly Asian foods. I see your recipes are Taiwanese based. My son-in-law often cooks for me (his mom was raised in Hong Kong). He served his mission for our church in Taiwan…so now I will cook some of your dishes for him! Any suggestions which recipe I should start with? 😂 Also do you ever cook with lup cheong?
HUY YAAAAAAAA
Great video! Do you rinse your udon noodles after boiling? Some of my friends say that it's good to get rid of extra starch.
Superb!! 👏🏻😃🫶🏻🫶🏻 Can I do it using minced beef? 😁 That’s what I have for now? 🤷🏻♀️
🙏🙏👍🇲🇽 yo veo tus videos y me encantan 👍
Thank you.
👍👍👍😋
I'm making this tomorrow for sure. I just can't tell which is dark soy and regular soy. But I will
Wow looks delicious 😋
What does the baking soda n cornstarch do to meat those were big pieces of meat , I hope it’s tender , 🤔would hate to choke.
Baking soda and cornstarch are used to tenderise the beef. It's called velveting . Look it up on CZcams, it's pretty cool. I think the rule of thumb is, when using baking soda especially, not to marinade more than an hour......usually you only need 30 minutes or so . Hope that helped.
❤
wouldn't have been so much easier to cook in a traditional wok?🤩
Not everyone has one so pretty cool can be made in any pan it’s a nice pan btw
♥️♥️♥️
This looks delicious and so easy to make. May I ask what you recommended for the best cut of beef to use in these type of dishes?
Yes would like to know too
I use the tri-tip. It's a part of the bottom sirloin.
