4 stalks of green onions
2 cloves of garlic
10 oz/287 g peeled shrimp
1/10 tsp sugar
1/10 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
1 1/2 tsp rice wine
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce(for cooking)
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp chow mein sauce
Chow Mein Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3/4 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
6.7 oz/150 ml water
1/4 tsp black pepper
