In Dye Time #121 ( • Dye Time #121: Tie Dye... ) I dyes two rainbow t-shirts and had one t-shirt sitting in the muck (run off dye). I'm not overly keen on the muck dyed t-shirt, so in this video, I attempt to over dye it. In this video, I use a mixture of dry dye powder, liquid dye, dye over ice and dye under ice. It's a real mashup!
Fibre reactive dyes can be used on plant based fibre and animal based fibres. Acid dyes can only be used on animal based fibres.
