i think i saw the intro 10 times by now. :D

Good job Nvidia! Now you just have to cut $300 to all your pricings and we might stop feeling like cows you're trying to milk.
Imagine being the person that spent $1200 for a 4080 and now you can get a better card for $1k 😂😂
I tried to warn everyone in my previous video about that haha
Hey just @ me next time lmao
Trade it in asap, get something for it and move up to Super 😒👍 Dont get left behind
I got the 4080 last year only because my 2080ti that I was gonna hold on to till the 5000 series happened to shit the bed. Otherwise I wouldn’t have my 4080
its like 5% faster and the 7900 xtx is still better
A moment of silence for people who bought the 4070 ti
🙏
i already sell 4070 Ti and waiting for Super basicly lost maybe 150$,but will be worth upgrade bcs of more cuda core,Vram and other stuff!
😏👍sounds good broh, fortunately invidia cards hold their value, no too hard to resell them @@Vujkan
Nvidia's strategy release products at terrible prices then release a refresh a year later to make the refresh look good in comparison
True, but this is being compared to AMD’s current pricing too.
They don't hold a gun to your head to force you to buy. Always wait
@ScatterVolt do you think the new super series drop might affect the market price of older graphics cards prices aswell? (3060 ti for example)
Wel, I'm happy I waited! really looking forward to seeing the performance of the 4070 ti super!
I still use my 1660 Super in my streaming PC and not going to stop! Value to price performance will be a breath of fresh air.
what's your cpu
Dont care
Well, well, well... this is quite nice news, despite being a budget gamer myself. We definitely needed some reasonable price-performance from Nvidia. I wonder how much AMD will cut their pricing?
i wonder too 🤔
@@MrSamadolfocutting prices still rendering the 4000 series completely useless unless you buy a 4090
Just got my 7900XTX today, and I only heard about the release of the super seriers today as well, so I have kepy my 7900 in the sealed wrapper so I am able to return it, do you think thats the move? wait till they drop and see if I can pick one up for MSRP casue lets be realistic, scalpers are going to get them first and overprice. But my question is do you think it will be worth waiting and swapping my GPU?
Good thing I always watch new videos from your channel, I just saved enough money to buy the RX 7900 XTX but was having a hard time due to availability of the white version of it in my country, then your video about waiting up for the 4000 Super series came out, then this. I'll continue to hold my money and wait for your comparison videos for these new cards and if 4080 Super > RX 7900 XTX
Super thankful for everything that you do, this channel is super helpful for guys like me who's trying to build their first gaming PC! Keep it up! :)
Super excited to see your future high end pc builds!
I think what's more important is how much these GPUs are actually priced by OEMs, and how much supply there is.
Ppl came here to get info about the Nvdia Gpu but i came here for my weekly dose of scattervolt to cure my boredom 😂
Well this is a pleasant surprise, glad I've held off on building a pc, still will hold off because money but its good to see that maybe the prices of things I was looking at will go down a lot.
Should be good from here on out with the exception of rising dram prices for SSDs and RAM
i was thinking of getting the RX 7900xt to swap my 3070ti (reason being i have another pc that needs a case and psu with a gpu so i can sell it or give it to my brother) but maybe might go to nvidia again depends unless the 7900xt price goes down maybe get that so thanks for the video showing the prices and stuff @@ScatterVolt
When I was building my Updated PC, I was taking into consideration about the CES 2024 Event. Good thing I held out in waiting for it than just buy a RTX 4080 last month. Guess I’ll wait for the Price 4080 super at this point
I’m interested in the Price to performance between the 7800xt, Ti Super , 7900 xt. As I was dead set on the 7800 for the vram.
I'm a huge AMD fanboy (I will still buy Nvidia though, I just prefer AMD) and was going to get the 7800 XT as a holdover to next years cards, but now I'm contemplating a Ti Super and just skipping that next gen altogether.
I am quite certain is will handily beat the 7900 XT, easily compete with the XTX, and handily smash the 7800 XT.
We shall see! This is the exciting time of buying GPUs!
Is running an intel core i9 12900k with an rtx 4070 ti super good? If not what is the best CPU to run with the 4070 ti super?
Bro, the 12900k is still plenty fast to handle anything man. You shouldn't be stressing haha.
Cant decide on 4070 Ti Super or 4080 Super, which will be available as FE. I would love to have a FE as I dont like the look of the custom design. But is this really worth 200 $ more ..for the same amount of Vram? Not sure
Hey man, I’m as clueless as you are. I don’t even have those GPUs yet either to test 😅
Honestly though, both will be plenty fast
If that 4080 Super beats the 7900XTX that might be worth for me. 200 more between though that is interesting comparing the 4070 Ti Super to the 4080 Super.
@@dianaalyssa8726I think it will beat the xtx by like 3-5% on Rasta
Might be a stupid question, but are those cards going to get a laptop versions or they'll just stay for the desktops?
they require veri high tdp, so i dont think they will make a mobile version.
Yes the 4070ti super's pricing makes me wanna scream too.
kepp up the good work man
Thanks!
Cool Green Man !!! Who tss desngen ?? 😮
Great video!
I walked off and screamed too bro. Aiming for the 4070ti SUPER aka, Baby/"Original" 4080. Glad I waited to upgrade. Both GPU/CPU are becoming available soon. Super excited, no pun intended Sir
what about the rx graphic cards?
Awesome video as always marc ❤
Btw Flipkart accepted the return let's hope I can get my money back from the asrock b650 hdv, I'm thinking of spending more and getting a b650 aorus elite x ax from a trusted seller now
Ayee nice
They have stated they are discontinuing some non super variants
The 4070 Ti Super just looks so appealing. I think that will be the card for me
swear that sounded like you shouted 'mooooooom' get me the meatloaf!
😅
How drastic do you think the price change will be on the normal 4070 from its original 550+ price
I was considering building my first pc around the time I get my income tax return this year and was considering getting the RX 7900XTX, but it sounds like the RTX 4080 Super might be the better choice all around? I am honestly not completely sure because I am a complete noob at all this stuff. I have been stuck gaming on a laptop for ages. XD
No worries, Subscribe his channel, you will love the knowledge he provides.
Interesting to se if there will be any stock of these. Nvidia needs to get rid of the old stock, so Interesting to se how they plan to do that.
Gonna cop thar 4080 super if they price is actually at that in my country, still cant decide on the CPU 😁😁
@ScatterVolt , I just bought an ASUS Tuf 4070 on 12/31 for $600. If you were me, would you return for either 4070 super (Same price!) / 4070 Ti Super or just keep this card?
Running it with a i9-9900k which will end up bottlenecking me. Will prob keep this CPU for another 1-5 years (depending how bad the bottleneck gets)
I usually play WOW, League, OSRS, Forza, GTA, CSGO, Apex
Depends on how soon do you want to be gaming
@@ScatterVolt I mean the sooner the better! I have the 4070 in there now and I have til 1/30 to return it so I should be good for either card.
4070 Super 12GB = I can't be your Superman, can't be your Superman...... 😂
Holding back that vram ;) Nvidia kryptonite 🤣
@@dianaalyssa8726 😏👍 Good One
Man I was making a pc build and thinking to get the 7900 xtx but now the 4080 super released and now I don’t know what I should get
80 super better all around card, better drivers..and if choose to resale the card later the value would be there..
Should I build a pc with a 4070 ti super or wait for the 50 series?
Dont wait, get 7800x3d and go with 4070tiS
But if u already got 3000 series card or like 2080ti/S no reason to upgrade gpu atm
50 could be a better jump. If you need now then maybe. Getting 20 series vibes this gen.
Need to say I'm gladly surprised. I thought they'll make them hella overpriced lol
I bought a 4070 2 months ago, dont think ill be able to get the 4070 super considering how fast its gonna run out of stock.
You’d be surprised. Their gpus right now are sitting collecting dust. The only one that’s still having availability problems is the 4090
@@Butte_r tbh I’m more than happy with the current performance of my 4070 at 1080p. I Might just wait until the 50 series release next year and buy one of those.
@@ItsStarkillerI’d say be happy with your build man. The 4070 non super is still a beast at gaming in 1080p and 1440p but for sure wait for the new series cards. It wouldn’t be much of an upgrade for you if you decided to get the super card version of yours
I am keeping my 4070 aswell, It's not 1080p card, It's 1440p and 4k card so It will serve us more than well, 4070s just 10-15% faster so not worth getting it while having 4070.
The Intro was nice...
First off, great commentary as always. This is great for all PC gamers. I do think the 4080 super will be smidge faster then the XTX/4080. Maybe 10% tops?? I do believe AMD will come right back with dropping the XTX to around $850 (sale price) and $900 msrp, or there about. Same will happen with other competing Nvidia cards... At least with the XT, dropping to around $725 ish (sales price) $775 (retail). With all that being said, it still irritates me that Nvidia says the 4080 super is 2X the performance of the 3080ti. Most of us knows what that means (FG), but some might not. Its just more shady marketing from Nvidia.
so glad didn't go out by new gpu to upgrade my rx 6650 XT during holidays. I just dealt with mid fps with lower settings for now. Wait for prices drops on AMD GPUS because they will have to now with these super gpu.
I'ma be straight: That 4070Ti Super specs is getting to me... it's an energy efficient 3080Ti with more VRAM...
Will the normal 4080's and others production will be stoped or no ?
4070ti and 4080 will be discontinued. In fact, they stopped making them 2-3 months ago. The remaining new stock in the marketplace should get some price discounts assuming that there is decent super card availability.
@@qtheman7367 ok it a good news we can get high performance with low price but is there a 4080 super in white color or no ?
@@DrMehdi. I would expect that at least one of the board partners will offer a white 4080 Super. It might cost a bit more than the equivalent black model.
We won't know for sure until the official release on 1/31/24, but I would bet that yes there will be a few offerings in white color.@@DrMehdi.
Building my first pc soon with your help it’s gonna be easy
Excellent. What’s your budget looking like?
@@ScatterVolt I’m actually looking to go pretty high budget but also around this time I’m pretty busy and probably wouldn’t even use a 2000-4000 dollar pc around this time but I actually want to see how these 500 pcs do and then in like a few months I would upgrade when I’m not busy and give the 500 one to my brother
Good luck bro I built my pc about a month ago and I dont regret it

Guys i have a question
Which one should i buy
Used rx 6700 xt expired waranty for 235$ or rx 7600 with waranty until december 2025 for 250$??
Rx 6700 xt has more performance than 7600 but 7600 is more recent model
The rx 6700 xt, if you're not interested in AV1 of course. But the rx 6700 xt is much better card.
@@ovemalmstrom7428 what if compared to rtx 3060 ti for around 260$ and still have warranty for around 1,5years?
@@hanschristopher7332 if you gona play at 1440p, the rx 6700 xt is the better choice because the 12gb vram. And the rx 6700 xt is strong enough to use that ram properly.
The 3060ti is still a good performer, but the 8gb vram limit will hold it back in 1440p going forward. But if you're aiming for 1080p the 3060ti is still good.
@@ovemalmstrom7428 im playing at 1080p cause my monitor only aupport 1080p, so should i go for the 3060 ti instead? Or 6700 cause its more powerfull??
Btw i checked on userbenchmark website, it says that 3060ti more powerfull than 6700xt?
4080 needs to be $699 to make me care.
4070 Ti Super -> Superman with a Tie -> Clark Kent
Wanted to get excited, but this seems more like what the prices should have been at initial launch in 2022. Hopefully amd drops their prices considerably
i think so, looks like the writing is on the wall the we are going into Deflation
Keep your horses, I am worried about this "super paper" announcement. This prices will be much higher. First, there will be deliberate shortages because nvidia wants to sell stockpiled 4070ti and 4080. Also, because of hype and good price scalpers will buy out all new cards and sell them at least 20% more. And agan, because of this scalpers and empty shelves retail prices will rise even further. AMD will surely wait for market to adjust, but they will not cut prices because of points I explained above. I truly hope I am wrong about it, but great hype creates shortages and scalpers. PS5 price was higher all the time because of this reasons, and consoles are not used for mining. :(
I'm afraid you're on to something here...
100%. All of these people wetting their pants are simply going to be disappointed.
Im just hoping these cause a price drop on older cards.
Yeah this update is so good.
i am now thinking about amd and how they are going to stand sgainst these behemoth. My favourite update is 4070ti super and i dont think there is a reason to go for 4080super. I really wanted a 20gb Vram in 4080. But it is what it is.
We’ll see their response to these later this month
Now Amd releases The Rx 7900xtx ultra max
Was hoping the 4070 super would be a shade cheaper tbh as the 7800xt where i am is only a small fraction more and tbh i think would be a better card ...its the 12gb thats killing off the 4070 super right awat
Better memory compression and cache makes thatva non issue on Nvidia cards. Games that had problem with VRAM limitations were fixed with patches and driver updates.
I have a 3070 and still love it ❤
Yesss, that just means I can hope for the 7900xtx to go down in price by like 200 bucks :D.... Cuz I'm planning to do an AMD build
I might save up for 4080 Super at 999 because at that point it's obviously better then 7900XTX but if 7900xtx drops to 849 or 799 it's a tough choice again
Given scalpers don’t get to it first and raise prices.
yes wait, maybe amd becomes cheaper too
4090 Vulcan the best passing by
Hopefully this means that nvidia will be pulling even more amds in the future with the 5 thousand series cards
Sure but.Certainly not the 5090😊
MSRP 1K ACTUAL PRICE 1K+ XD
I build my PC like week ago with RTX 4070 and honestly i know that refresh of super series is coming but still thats more than enough for 1080p but i am happy that NVIDIA start panicking and trying to compete with AMD so Thanks AMD for price competitivnes
I am keeping my 4070 aswell, It's not 1080p card, It's 1440p and 4k card so It will serve us more than well, 4070s just 10-15% faster so not worth getting it while having 4070.
@@AzusaSnowflake yeahhh and honestly my r5 5600 is barely enough for 4070 some CPU heavy games you can feel droping frames but in all games i have locked max fps to match my monitor refresh rate so actually i am very happy + temps max 62 celsius after 4 hours of warzone so... 😎
they literraly just lowered the prices of this generation super cards just to have a price to performance gap from the 5000 series!
should I put an rtx 4070, r7 7800x3d with an 750w power supply?

You wanna bet on that? Wait for benchmarks.
You feel blown away? That's exactly how Nvidia want's you to feel. At launch RTX 4080 was a 1:1 in terms of price to performance increase in regards to the 3080. The 3080 was 699 USD at MSRP (Just like the 1080 Ti). I would be content at 699. Someone, be it AMD or Intel, really needs to step up their game and provide som competition at the high end. AMD ended Intels stagnation in the CPU market with new releases on both sides within 50 USD. Nvidia needs someone to keep them in check.
Good luck finding these cards at MSRP as usual there is already a shortage even though its not released yet! Typical NVidia!
