The GLASHÜTTE ORIGINAL PanoInverse Limited Edition opens up magnificent insights and views. Its movement
serves as a canvas for a completely new interpretation of street art: filigreed skyscraper
canyons on the front and back pull us irresistibly under their spell. Like any genuine
exploration of a city, we discover something new on every street corner - from the clean
lines of urban architecture to a cool mural in the making. On the front side, we cross the city
from a great height and let its silhouette fire up our imagination. The journey continues on
the back. The skyscrapers come closer and we make out revelatory slogans on the billboard
ads. We see window cleaners at work and catch a glimpse of a graffiti artist spraying a
familiar logo on the wall. And finally, on one of the balconies, we spot a local resident - who
appears to be watching us.
On this GLASHÜTTE ORIGINAL PanoInverse Limited Edition a refined, laser-engraved, galvanic black rhodium skyline runs across
the three-quarter plate and the butterfly bridge, and is taken up again on the back of the
watch. Not only do the sapphire crystals on the front and back and the partially skeletonized
movement provide transparency, they also entice viewers into this street-artwork: The
wearer’s own wrist is visible through the watch and becomes part of its history.
A city conceived by the designers and watchmakers from Glashütte cannot help but appear
in an elegant costume. The polished and satin-brushed 42-mm platinum case sets the stage,
and the Golden Ratio - precisely calculated proportions felt to be particularly harmonious -
governs not just the architecture of buildings, but the design of the Pano Collection as well.
These well balanced proportions are reflected in the asymmetric layout of the hour and
minute displays, the small second and the understated power reserve at 2 o’clock. The
colour of the GLASHÜTTE ORIGINAL PanoInverse Limited Edition is rounded off by a grey Louisiana alligator nubuck leather strap with a
platinum double fold fastener that offers elegant wearing comfort.

Wow. Simply one of the finest watchmakers. The finishing is nearer the Gods. A rare work art like all their timepieces, but I’ve never seen a three dimensional dial quite like this🙌.

@@WatchAdvisor Take yr pick...Rlx, AP, PP, Omega etc etc...GG jz falls in that middle ground where price dictates for myself I can get one Of the other brands...and for lower tier I would go for eg that Longines Flyback or lower tier Omega instead.
I find it very attractive though that Glashütte Original stays under the radar ...

I have the Panomatic Lunar and love GO in general, but I have to say this is really weird. Not sure what the inspiration was for this. While quirky, I would get tired of it, personally. Ironically it strikes me as the opposite of Grand Seiko with all their nature inspired designs, this is a city inspired design. Yet, Glashutte itself is a rather lovely non-urban place. I guess it will sell. I would guess it is a monster to wear also given the 42 MM size and weight of platinum. I do like that GO is not afraid to try different things, for sure.

@@WatchAdvisor Well, as I said, I like the Pano line, I have had two and have a PML now and I really like it. What I do not like about this one is the face engraving. Maybe in person it would sing to me. I hope I can see it in the metal sometime.

The hand visibility with the see through touch sets it a class apart from everyone else along with 3D effect of all the buildings on the dial, should be able to get 25-30% retail price in USA from an AD, i got Green Gold Pano for 25% off retail@@wineman88881
The design is great, a nice change to the usual nature inspired stuff the industry is pumping out. However I do not like the see through section at 4, it looks weird when you can see the skin underneath.
Also they should update the watch to 40mm, I tried the normal panomatic lunar at an ad but the size is just to big for this type of watch. Imo it wears more like a 43-44 mm since the case is so flat, which takes away the elegance.
