Taking 60 lbs. or more will help to. I'm a flat foot and watch my weight. I do have to lose some due to winter inactivity but I'll stop eating white flour, white rice, sugar along with processed foods. The weight will melt right off.
I am 21 years old 115 pounds, with flat feet and my ankle is in so much pain. I don’t go a day without that extreme pain I am in, I’m in good shape and it’s hard when I can barely walk running is way out of the question. And on top of that I have to work 8 hours a day and I’m standing on my feet too. I get extreme pain on the inner and outer of my ankle on my feet, I pray everyday that I won’t have to deal with what I’m going through right now in the future.
Brandon Cue I have the same problem extreme pain in the inner and outer part of the ankle. I tried orthotics, it works but if u have to do foot and ankle exercises. Without surgery, you may continue to experience pain in the future.
Doesnt really help in the grand scheme of things. Yes, it puts less pressure on the joints, but the pain will still be there without surgery. Now that they are fixed she should be able to be almost pain free if she loses the weight though.
baka baka not so easy I work out most days and my feet throb with orthotics Average weight So I’m sure it’s been difficult for her to push past that if she’s had pain since childhood
Amazing.....& as a distance runner & walker with flat feet I find this extremely interesting.
Me to I was born with them
There’s levels to flat foot, it’s likely hers was very very severe
