3 days in! Currently weigh 270 and have been plus size my whole life. I’ve never been able to commit to a routine, but I want to get serious about my health for myself and my future family! If anyone reading could send some prayers my way, I’d be so appreciative 🙏💖

Good luck! Lost 10kgs with her videos and caldef. Then got an knee injury and couldn't do it anymore for 2 yrs, but now I'm back at it.
My only tip I can give is don't wait for the motivation to kick in, just get up and do it. You can't rely on your motivation, because it will not always be there 😅

You got this!!! And you are not alone, I myself am also plus size. I started this journey at 290. But do not get discouraged if you go on the scale and don't lose much. It seems I have only lost a few pounds, but I definitely feel the difference in my body and even my clothes are fitting me different. Just keep pressing and push yourself more each time! 👏

I work 10 hour shifts at work and then I have many responsibilities with my family in the evenings that keep me busy. So I often get home at 11pm and go to bed and then it starts again the next day. But I decided to stop making excuses. So today, while at work. I took a break from sitting at my desk and did this workout in an empty office room nearby. So proud of myself. 💪

I did my first workout! Felt good to move my body in more ways than just walking provides. I’m feeling inspired to get up and do any length of video every morning, just to get my body moving.

I am so excited I’ve already had three people tell me that I look like I’m losing my weight ever since I’ve been doing your exercises. I love your exercises so much. I love you and I love myself for being dedicated and doing them every single day sometimes I do them 2-3 times in a row.!
I needed this! I saw the notification and almost skipped and just scrolled on my phone, but Jo’s enthusiasm and encouragement got me out of my chair and dancing around the living room with my 8 month old. 😅we are both in better moods now.
Did this and I'm 27 weeks pregnant. Felt so good. I just switched the kneeling on a pillow move because that's not gonna happen loool! So proud of myself :)

I watched you and I’m 67 now I can barely move and I don’t. They say it’s my lower back. I went to a chiropractor he did something and it went away but then it came back so keep it going girlfriend God bless you.

Just finished this workout, and oh my the sweat!!!! It felt amazing! did workout in my all seasons deck area that has no AC in 78degree weather. Been following Jo channel for awhile, but this month I promised myself I was going to be more consistent to the workouts as a birthday gift to myself 😂 so far been averaging 3-4workouts a week and down 4.5 pounds since June 1! Not a lot but it's a start for this busy Momma

Thank you keeping me company in my weight loss journey. Have been following your youtube videos for 2 years now , took a break after my hysterectomy but am back on track. I am 52 yrs old and fortunately still being able to do most of the knee friendly routines esp the DAY 1 to day 5 of strength and core as I am advised to use weights. pls keep up the good work .

Thank you Jo! My first time doing this one, i only had problems with the kneeling on the pillow. I have knee problems, so i continued moving during that one. But this is great workout. I will be doing it twice a week. Thank you for your dedication and always giving us something new to challenge us. God bless you and your family.🙌💕

its been a little while since i last intentionally worked out, used to follow your videos all the time and I was obsesseddd with your dance workouts. felt insecure today and realized i want to get back into taking care of myself! saw this video was new but i was sooo nervous to try it... Felt the Lord motivate me so I had to give it a chance. this was so uplifting!! perfect difficulty level and got my sweat on and I just feel so much better I will definitely be coming back to this one :) thank you so much for all your hard work its so inspiring
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You helped me tremendously . I started working out with you 2 months ago. My goal was really to lose 30 lbs on or before my 50th birthday in October. 30 lbs is with in reach. I started barely getting to 8000 steps without sounding like a dying dog, huffing and puffing. Slowly, steps are now between 13000 to 15500. I’m down pant sizes. From an 8 to 4. 4 is now a little loose. I started at 148 lbs down to 129.4 lbs. That isn’t the best part. My lung function have improved .2 %. Might not sound much, but for someone with multiple autoimmune disorders that have given me neuromuscular weakness that have affected my lungs and muscles. 0.2 % is a huge deal. My pulmonologist was impressed with my improvement. And I am too. Once again, thank you. I’m a fan for life.

Great workout! Been working out with your videos since 2021 but first time commenter. I have Ehlers Danlos and have struggled for years to find a way to work out without injury until I came across your videos. Not only are they fun, but I can do the majority of exercises without modification. If I need to modify, super easy to find a low impact solution. Thanks for helping me on my fit journey!

I'm afraid to move my left arm so I've been taking it very easy lately. I have a pinched nerve and its the worst one I've ever had. So if have not been working out. Also I just fasted for 5 days to try and heal this new gut issue that came outta nowhere. Broke it this morning. Maybe it can try this workout without the left arm tomorrow! 😊 wish me luck! Hi Jo!! I’ve always been a silent watcher however, I can’t help but say thank you to you and your videos! Over the last ten years I’ve been on and off the gym. It wasn’t until recently that I decided that maybe the gym isn’t for me as I never stayed consistent and was constantly bored of gym workouts. So I started watching and following your videos this June and I have never been this consistent and so keen to exercise in my entire life. I have been working out everyday this month which has never happened before. I’ve lost some weight and can’t wait to lose some more by doing your videos. Thank you so much!!
