  • AJ has gotten mixed up with the evil that is the newspaper horoscope column. Luckily, Dirk once knew someone who looked exactly like AJ and had that same problem. He relates the tale of his friend who allowed horoscopes to rule his life to the point where he was shirking responsibilities and shunning everyone born under the sign of Capricorn. Finally the neighborhood shopkeeper tells him how much God is disgusted with astrology and takes him behind the scenes to spy on the man who writes the advice in the horoscope column.

    I read hororscopes sometimes and I think it is just for fun. I also love fortune cookies. I like to "see if i can make the fortune fit something that did happen or i know is going to happen." Really though, no one knows what the future holds. Horoscopes are fun to play with and fun if you can some how make it fit but, that is just for fun and not serious.

      Horoscopes can be all fun and games until somebody gets possessed by demons.

      @@LuannOsbourne How do you transition from reading "You're gonna wake up with green hands" to demon possession? Maybe participating in Devil worship is more likely?

    Sweetsweatyfeet, This show is based on Christianity in which astrology isn't believed in. That is all. Hopefully you believe that all religions are superstitious, not just Christianity.

      +shogundickin I think sweetsweatyfeet is blowing this out of proportion. The main purpose of this episode was to teach people not to let your life be ruled by what is written in a newspaper because it can only get you into trouble. I'm a Christian and proud of it and we aren't superstitious.

      ScreenBlaster13 As a Christian by definition you believe in superstitions.

    • @ScreenBlaster13
      @ScreenBlaster13 Před 4 lety +1

      That's nonsense. Superstition is reading horoscopes and believing in good luck and bad luck. You're just twisting things. I know God exists because he had blessed me with many great things. It's your choice in whether or not to believe. But I think you and everyone else should stop harshly criticising people who do.

      @@ScreenBlaster13 The fact that you believe god to be true because he's blessed you with many great things isn't sufficient evidence to convince anyone else, so unless you have proof, your your "evidence" is just that: YOURS. Don't expect anyone else to believe anything based on your beliefs.

      @@Paolo8772You've misunderstood everything and all the PROOF of God's love and faithfulness is in the bible. I'm not forcing anyone to believe anything. It's people's choice whether to believe, God never forces us to, he gives us the freedom of choice. I just feel people like you, Sweetsweatyfeet and Sean Webb should STOP MAKING FUN of other people's beliefs and keep your rude opinions to yourselves.
