CH4D in Ohio does dies. You can use 8mm/06 load data just follow usual load protocols. You can also neck up and resize 30/06 cases and 8x57. Trim if needed. Make sure of your bore dia 8x60 is .318, 8x60s is .323
Actually what happens with bad headspace is the firing pin will push the case forward away from the bolt face, then ignition slams the case head back into the bolt. Extremely dangerous. Good video though.
Hornady do 8x60S .323 bore dies and PPU do 8x60S cases, RWS have the original load data sheet BUT it’s a tricky business, I had to do a lot of research and measuring to get my rifle/Ammo sorted.
Reimer Johannsen in Germany is a good s8urce to look for there, he is general importer and disteibutor for many , also the CH4D dies in US is a good maker cheap.
