This is great and I think I almost have it but 2 things when I scanned the qr code and started filling it out ex: full name stayed while I was typing my name. Also, this might be dumb but when they are finished where does it go to? How can I retrieve the information.

You can view and export the information when you access the form on Google Forms.

Is there a way to just have them sign in directly on my computer or iPad and the data still be saved, or do they have to scan a QR code?

Hi Brandon! I have a small issue with this. I created the QR code but when I tested it, instead of taking me directly to the form, Google asked me to sign in in order to fill it out. Not everyone has a Gmail account, plus this extra step might deter anyone to fill out the form at all. Is there a solution to that? Thanks!

HI SassyMoth! Once you are done with the form, try clicking the "SEND" button at the top of the google form and then click the paper clip looking button to copy the link to share to the QR Code generator. @@BrandonMelvin I am having the same issue and when I clicked SEND and copy and pasted it to QR generator and tested on another phone besides mine, it says I need Permission to view form and that form can only be viewed by users in my organization - any help to fix this?

Probably a silly question BUT does the signer HAVE to sign into google to sign in or is there a way they can just sign it without having to sign into their google account?

This worked for me just now.
To make a Google Form public, follow these steps:
Step One: Open the form you want to make public in Google Forms. ...
Step Two: Go to the Settings tab and click on “Responses.”
Step Three: Under “Requires Sign In,” turn off all the options, including “Limit to 1 response.”
