- Nippletop Slide.. The first time I ever saw this was from the summit of Mount Colvin and I thought to myself, oh my gosh that slide looks absolutely gnarly. It always looks steeper straight on then when you’re actually on it. I’d say there was a couple sections with a pitch of up to 55° but for most of it it was pretty timid and comfortable scrambling. I am not sure if it is always as wet as it was when we went but anything wet was extremely treacherous and slippery and needed extreme caution. At the top of the head wall when we started the bushwhack me and Tony were just laughing our asses off the whole time and it was an absolute blast. The bushwhack was honestly so much fun to me and I loved it. As all my bushwhacks with Tony I laughed my ass off the whole time at the insanity of our adventure!
Love you guys! Happy Trails!

Tips for people just getting into hiking:
Don’t do this hike if you are a beginner! Seriously
LNT - leave no trace. Meaning if you carry it in then carry it out and if you do see trash on trail try to carry it out as well to help keep these mountains beautiful and clean.
Do The Rock Hop - The Alpine vegetation is very rare and very fragile so when you’re on the summit of these mountains please only walk on bare rocks to avoid killing the vegetation.

Pretty Freaking Awesome!
Oh my gosh Dude!
What!??
YEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!
You're a straight beast bro. Been binge watching your videos, love them. Keep making these vids! Best ADK youtube out there. Making me excited for my trip in may!
I just logged a mountain out here in Sedona. Wilson Mountain. Tallest mountain in Sedona region. 7000 feet. So I do have a Vlog coming in the next week or so.
I'll definitely tune in!@@BrianHikesAllDay
Gear? Footwear, what are you guys wearing for traction??? You're back at it!!! You're earlier videos inspired me to become #14,379. Cheers!
Awesome video! I love these slide videos. Hope all is well!
Thanks man! One more coming to end the season
@@BrianHikesAllDay Excellent!! Can’t wait. Hope that heel gets feeling better.
What this man must go through for these camera angles is unreal. Amazing work bro
I may or may not have caught myself holding my breath at times watching you guys climb this!! What a beast!! You guys are amazing ❤️🥾❤️
This got me so hyped for next summers climbs!
Whoa that was steep! 😳 Thank you Brian 👊 hope you're doing well my friend, stay safe and take care 🙏🙂
Insane! Great a always!
Any issues with ticks on these excursions? When I return back to the East Coast for good, I'd definitely be interested in doing some hardcore treks with you. I'm a seasoned trail/mountain runner/ultramarathon runner. Training on game trails is some of the funnest stuff around!
To this day, I have never gotten a single tick in the high peaks region
Amazing video and shots as usual!
How does it compare to North Slide on Tripyramid in NH? From the video it looks similar, but it's hard to judge. Anyone out there who has done both?
Two completely different slides in every way shape and form. I would say there’s never been a time where I felt scared for my life on North Slide but there was a couple spots on nipple top slide that were quite treacherous and scary. North slide is steep continuously from bottom to top whereas this one is super steep in sections and then mild. So it’s sort of comes in waves
North slide is my favorite slide in New Hampshire
Another amazing video!
Have you done any slide climbs in the White Mountains? If so, are there any easier ones that you'd recommend for someone who's an experienced hiker and has completed the Terrifying 25 but hasn't done any really serious, ultra-steep slide climbs like this one and is looking to get into it?
L I K E 👍👍👍👍👍 ❤🧡 💛 🧡❤ 😻 😻😻😻😻
Whats the plan for winter bro?
I am dealing with an injury to my heel, Achilles heel, don’t really know what’s going on but I haven’t hiked in about six weeks and it’s still bothering me. I’ll give it another month and then possibly get it x-rayed if it’s not getting better. My only plans this entire winter is to finish the winter 115. I only need the 14 high peaks in Maine which I could do on a one week vacation
@@BrianHikesAllDay damn man. I injured my MCL at work 2 years ago. Knee injuries are no joke especially with the climbing you do.
Hopefully it gets better 🙏
Godamn view at 12:10 is unreal see this is the shit I wanna do now I did nippletop elk pass recently and need to find these slides sick vid man
