the Telomere is the uncoded part of a chromosome that protects the coded part, cells can only reproduce for about 50 times before self destructing as the telomere gets shorter. there is a chemical in cells known as telomerase, which is turned off in all except cancer cells, this bacteria probably has telomerase activated thus making it live for very long, and injecting it will probably activate the telomerase in out cells.

I did enough research and found out that the average life span of human back in 1800 it was just 40 and living higher than 40 would be a miracle back then but then now the average life span is 70 since time went on and we adapted more to the environment, we learned lots of advanced medicines and normal things that make us healthy, so im guessing that as time goes on the life span will improve, but i am also scared because it might increase the world population too much and we suddenly ran out of resources in the Earth, but still if there is sciencetists that study life span theres also ones that study other stuff like elon musk with his project to Mars so if theres too much population others can transport to mars because soon that will be a normal thing.
