Yanis made short work of those shutters but I’ll admit that seeing him in the windows made me nervous. Sadie you did an amazing job removing the wallpaper, I figured steaming it off was the only way to remove it. Tile will be wonderful in the bathroom, so easy to clean. Another great day of work!
Yanis really is the man! I love watching him work as he puts his whole heart into it. Your apartment is well on its way to being gorgeous Sadie. The views are spectacular! Thank you for sharing your journey.. 😊❤
Spray paint would do a much better finish than a brush. So glad Yanis can help you! He is quite a guy!! Enjoying your progress, and your videos, Sadie! 👍🌷🐻
Yannice. You are really a very hard worker. You run around like a squirrel, never take it easy . You doing all the hard job with a smile on your face. Billy has the best team
Sadie, you and Yannis are very determined workers. Way to go. You are making steady progress and I'm sure you feel tired but very satisfied at the end of each day. 👍
Painting the trim will be fine as it is so far from the sink. Yannis is such a kind industrious soul. Always willing to work hard with enthusiasm. Such a lovely person. Taking off those shutters is another step forward. Looking forward to your next video❤
Again, this apartment is such a pleasant, inviting space - lovely, lovely natural light, interesting and appealing windows and shatters. Yanis, you are an amazing lad, incredible asset and you've come such a long way from last summer - from apprentice help to almost irreplaceable skillful master of several trades! It's lovely to be able to follow your growth, you being so kind, humble, hard working and motivated to learn and to achieve your best potential. Please, be cautious, though. You work very fast and very hard, please make sure you are protected and secured from falls and injuries. It's been nerve wracking watching you on that open window. Please, do take care. Stay well all!
I love the window seat, it will be a wonderful feature in the room. Yannis is a fantastic young man, so agile and strong! You have made a lot of progress this week and I am happy to follow your journey.🙏❤️
Well done, Yanis!!! I'm so grateful he's able to give you a hand, Sadie. I really loved the music you picked for this video too. You did a super cool job with the editing on this one. I really like the idea of putting in a box to connect the two windows in the bathroom. Figuring out the right size so it looks nice with the facade outside might be tricky but worth it. Maybe beef up the insulation inside that dead space around the window box so you're nice and snug inside. Then you wouldn't have to look at the dusty debris when you open that window. Painting the trim copper is a brilliant cost saving solution. I'm so glad someone suggested it. As long as it's washable it will work perfectly. Sending you and Yanis a big hug. Hope you have a peaceful evening. 💖💗💕
Great job! As to the outside of the window frames and the wall bit that’s a void I’d say that is a job for the landlord!!!!! Joking aside, I’m sure Billy is a very good landlord! Hugs!
Yes, what a lovely idea. I have seen so many gorgeous pieces of antique stained glass in frames which could be windows. :) Not only would it allow light in but it would be a gorgeous statement piece.
Dear Sadie, this video today makes me realize, Not (!) every music fit's any Video (Billy asked a lill while ago). Your choice today, is real good! I mean, the Part where Yanis takes out the shutters is like a whole New Style ! W=At the End, when I saw how High Yanis workes O-m-G! I got the jitters!
You don’t need a gym when there’s wallpaper that needs removing. 💪🏼😊 Get it Sadie, you’re doing awesome! 👍🏻 If you’re going to paint the edging use spray paint instead of regular paint. The finish would look much better.
I second the spray paint suggestion. It will definitely give you a better finish, and you should be able to get a nice metallic copper colour for not very expensive. Also, I would suggest measuring and cutting your pieces (mitred corners will look neater) of trim before spraying them. That way there is no chance of messing up the paint finish while cutting.
Mighty Yannis has done it again....great job!! Yes, the copper paint on the trim would be just so much better and is more cost effective. Doing a great job Sadie!! Just wondering if Billy shouldn't repair and paint the exterior of the windows at some point. I know that he doesn't have a cherry picker right now but maybe up the road he could do the windows as you could never get out there.
Hello lovely Sadie onwards and upwards that paper looked so hard o take of but you didn't let it beat you .May I say you have the most beautiful eyes ,and don't know who does your eyebrows but they are perfect .
It's coming along beautifully, Sadie. I'm so glad Yannis has been there helping out. Those shutters looked like a pain to remove but he did a great job of it, as always.
Have you considered relocating the sink under the window? You could inset it into the space between the two walls and box it in with Sheetrock. The plumbing is right nearby with the old sink. It would free up floor space to allow easier movement and possibly a larger tub and/or shower. Basically a shelf with pipes underneath and a vessel style sink, just don’t forget an access panel for the pipes.
The idea of boxing that window in is what I was going to suggest..have a way-like a longer handle-to open the outside window when wanted, but boxing it in would give you some circulation...so good idea. Yanis is a good guy.
You could put some lovely storage in that space between the wall and window. Drawers or covered shelving. Somewhere to put laundry detergent, towels, etc. you can never have enough storage.
If there is no access reason to leave that space between the windows open, I would build in a cupboard there. Basically, find a chest of drawers and build it into the wall. That would give you a deep ledge with the window at the back so you can still clean the window and a nice deep shelf for a tray of pretty supplies. (Tile the top of that shelf ) The drawers make for a nice linen cupboard in such a small space.
Hey Sadie, that's one way of getting rid of the shutters, call in back-up. Yanis always does an amazing job. Well done on the wallpaper. I agree with @erin.stewart use spray paint on the molding. Beautiful job today. Love from N.Y.
It’s great to see Yannis so happy destroying things. When he’s done with the convent and chateaux, I’ll buy a building in Erne so he can continue with demotion. 😇😜
Well done Yannis, little cheeky wave from the attic window. Certainly makes one smile watching you. Such a hard worker. I’m pleased you’re helping Sadie. There are some things that women just cannot do and it’s good to have a little rocket person like you. Enjoy your weekend coming up, love the videos, good luck with it all Sadie 👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺
Sadie I think Billy should do the window woodwork repairs as they are also structural in keeping out the weather from entering the facade. He needs to take a look at it and decide to repair or replace the exterior window frames. I'm thinking replace the whole frame and reinstall the same windows. I wouldn't do any decorating on those walls until the window frames are decided/sorted. Get a can of copper spray paint and a can clear coat sealer, after the copper coat(s) put at least 3 layers of clear coat on top, that way the copper trim will last for years. Michael or Billy might even have some clear coat sealer that you can use for that tiny bit of trim. I also put grout sealer on my tile grout in damp places, it protects it from turning colour, losing colour, and getting mildew it comes in a bottle and can be put on with a cotton stick (Q-tip). My white grout on the kitchen floor is still white after 5 years. This year I will clean it with grout cleaner, repair any grout if needed and reseal it again. I only use a damp micro fibre cloth and dish soap to clean my floors with a Swiffer mop - quick and easy. I won't have to scrub them again for another 5 years lol. The sealer is expensive but worth every penny, I give my grout 3 coats because I have a dog.
💕We all look at how we can convert spaces in different ways💕What you see as not worth it another may think differently it doesn’t mean that anyone is right or wrong it’s just shows how we are all unique with our ideas💕
I would put a rail outside the windows maybe something decorative to keep anyone or thing from falling out maybe Billy can install some ironworks and start with yours as you are to be living there with Olivia and possibly a pet or two. Glad Yanis was being careful a shame he couldn't borrow the blue mini picker to guard for him. I think if someone can clean up that well area so at least it is clean but like you I wouldn't move the wall back. I would however remove part of the wall opposite to incorporate the larger window in the next room make your bath larger and move the door so it faces same direction as said window.
Good job keeping up the dailies. Michael might have a thought about the double window situation. I think you should discuss the wood the shutters were attached to with Billy. I love a nice bedroom curtain. I go top of wall to bottom of wall and heaps wider than the frame, and detachable lining. That way if the lining rots you can replace it and the curtains are still good.
In the bathroom, you could make cabinets on either side of the window for towels and products. It would be a nice storage area even if it doesn't go all the way to the floor.
I think the plumber said he could put it in the attic and then run lines down to both floors. Would eliminate unsightly and space eating units in apartment. Hope that works out!
Sadie, your apartment will be lovely, thanks to Yanis's tremendous help, lately. Do tell, though, weren't the shutters functional/helpful to keep out cold rains/hail/winds/snow/storms? Won't you need them replaced, if only for glass safety??? Please address this in a video discussion. Also, how will your moving to convent, away from horses, affect your need to be close to them at all times??? Or are you minutes away??? Love your videos, and the dear horses, Sadie. You are such a lover of animals, and they love you so much, too...Thank you so much.
After just watching Yannis’s grueling day in the convent, it’s amazing that he is still so energetic.
Thank you God of universe for the gift of life and blessings to me and my family $15,120.47 weekly profit God have lifts up my life!!! 🙏♥️♥️

Great to see Yanis working with such confidence! Willing to tackle any job, big or small!
What a beautiful view of the chapel and steeple from the window!
Yanis to the rescue again. I had a bit of the willies watching him pulling the shutters while standing on the ledge though!
Bless you, Yanis, you're a good man. 🥰
Yannis is pretty fearless! I'd be freaking out.
It’s good to have Yanis to help with some of the work. I am looking forward to seeing the finished apartment.
Boxing in the bath window would finish it nicely and provide a plant ledge as well as getting access to the window for cleaning.
You don’t need a big bathroom anyway. Small bathrooms are so much easier to clean .
Yes! Boxing in the windows would be very attractive as a plant shelf, plus insulate the area from the little bit of attic space between the windows.
We need to know more about Yanis!! He’s the best! And I agree, my heart was in my throat watching him nearly fall out a window!
@@lindaduclos9497 I just "shuddered" when I saw Yanis taking down the "shutters".
I was thinking the same
Very nervous
I just couldn’t watch!😱
Sadie and Yanis ,the Dream Team back at it again.
The view out the window looks like framed painting. Way to go, Sadie and Yanis

Yannis…Distruction … and great music!!! That’s the trifecta!!! ❤
Don't get to hear Yanis speak that much; but from watching I know that I am not the only one that has him close to our hearts!
Such a wonderful man!

“Squirrel” that’s cute. He’s definitely a sincere and happy guy.
Sadie you are really cracking on. Yanis is such a handy guy to have around.
Sadie, you and Yannis are very determined workers. Way to go. You are making steady progress and I'm sure you feel tired but very satisfied at the end of each day. 👍
If he's not careful, Yannis is going to become a future estate manager/foreman. That's good job security👍
The apartment has a window seat with a fantastic view! How lovely.
Painting the trim will be fine as it is so far from the sink. Yannis is such a kind industrious soul. Always willing to work hard with enthusiasm. Such a lovely person. Taking off those shutters is another step forward. Looking forward to your next video❤

Yanis is such is Daredevil! I had to look away when he was working on the shutters, one wrong move and he would have flown through the window 🙈❤️

Yannis loves to knock things down. Lol. Its going to be a lovely bright apartment
Well done, Sadie. Great work by you and Yanis.
Great choice of music Sadie 👏🏻
❤❤❤❤
That window in the bathroom, it would be cute if you could put a piece of stained glass in the one on the inside.

Let’s help Sadie by liking, sharing, commenting and subscribing. She and Yannis have been working very hard and deserve to be cherished.

Fun music Sadie 😊

You can do it Sadie!!! No matter how bad or good it seems to be you can overcome the obstacles and be stronger for them. Have a great day

Everyone needs a Yannis 😊 Bless him for all he does for everyone ❤🙏🏻 looking gorgeous as always Sadie 😊🙏🏻❤️🤗🥰
Love the boxing of the window in the bathroom.
Yanis is such a hard worker. I would enline the windows and make like a box/frame so it looks like a thick wall which you could use as a shelf x
I no u need acess to that roof window...but that would make an awesome linen closet!
Hey Sadie, that's one way of getting rid of the shutters, call in back-up. Yanis always does an amazing job. Well done on the wallpaper. I agree with @erin.stewart use spray paint on the molding. Beautiful job today. Love from N.Y.

You know what you want for this project Sadie and you’re getting on with it, it will be a lovely apartment.

Perfect plan for the tile trim❤ you’re moving along so well, hard work now to create a beautiful home 👍🏻
That window gap would be extra space for built in / sunken cabinets/ linen cupboards. Maximize the space.
WOW, I just saw Yanis working on another CZcams channel, The Pethericks!! He’s just AMAZING & works EVERYWHERE !! ❤Montreal
You realise that Sadie Petherick is Billy’s sister, right ?
Thank you, I had no idea as both channels were on my feed for the first time.

Omgggggg Yannis my nerves were wrecked watching u incase u fell out the window 💙😘🇬🇧
What a godsend Yannis is to your family. Sadie, good job tackling this apartment on your own. It will be beautiful. xx
Sadie so good to see you😊
Lovely to See Yannis 🎉😊
I'm enjoying these videos Sadie 💝👍
The outside of your bathroom window ( in the space between the 2 windows ) needs insulating. You're doing a great job. X
Good job keeping up the dailies.

Such lovely daylight and views from the windows after taking down those awful metal shutters. Good on ya' Yanis and Sadie.
Yanis is totally amazing, is there anything that man can’t do?!? He is one in a million for sure. Love this apartment, it is going to e beautiful.
Yanis thank you for helping Sadie
You should buy copper coloured spraypaint Sadie! I think that will give it a more even finish!
Yes and it’s fast
Love this music! Thank you Yanis. Huge help!
Lovely vlog Sadie 👏👏xxx💕💕
Hats off to you Sadie, getting stuck in how you are doing. Good job Yannis👍Hazelx
A deep window shelf would be lovely. Could put a plant there and something colourful. Even towels!
Yannis needs a spa day. Such a good man.
I watch Sadie in France and Yanis is there, I watch the Pethericks and Yanis is there…Yanis is everywhere!!!!! 👍🏻😎😎😎😎
Good job 👍🏻
