I thought you were selling that building
We ended up keeping it and renting it out instead - here is the final tour of the house finished and furnished fully for holiday rentals.

Best team of gardeners ever! Best comedy team as well. Planting flowers has never looked like so much fun😁Congratulations on your first renters. Outstanding job on the Passion House. I’m very impressed with the drive. Not one tile crooked or sunken or angled. Fantastic job. Edd and Anna, you could build me a house anytime. Miss everyone. I love Bordeaux!!!!
Charles is so tall, handsome, and sweet and little Emma is is so adorable, pretty, and talking so much now. Edd and Anna your little family of four is so precious. Thank you for sharing such a fun video to watch.
So glad that Edd is feeling better! Emma and Charles are growing up so fast! Lovely bushes. The Midwest has been getting tons of rain as well. ☔
I haven’t seen the Passion Project for a while Seeing it again omg. I’ve fallen in love with it all over again. ❤❤
Wonderful to see Ed has recovered and so nice to see the family together with volunteers… beautiful vlog!!
Love and respect from Canada❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦
Oh my goodness! Charles and Emma are growing like weeds, so cute. They're going to be tall!
He's ALIVE.
Welcome back.
Poor Edd is walking digging wounded!! Hope he doesn't over do this job
Welcome back, glad you’re feeling better, Edd. The bushes are beautiful and as they grow they will create a nice bit of privacy. I think it will be laundry day when you get home! Love watching the kids help and having fun, and how nice to have some patreons visit and help with the plants. xx
Just what this chateau needed ,a garden of flowers ,bushes ,looks great ,nice seeing children helping , have grown ,👫
Every time the children see those bushes they’ll be able to tell people they helped to make the yard look beautiful ❤
Lovely roses now put French lavender either side of the path to the front door !
I certainly like Ed's "hopping rabbit " method of digging!
Good to see Ed is getting better, good to see patrons visiting. Love the wisteria idea.. maybe in the future two pergola wood each side once it establishes itself.. good job kids.. Shoutout Louie 😂😂
Lovely seeing the beautiful Passion Project again.
Plus 4 and snow is gently falling here in the Yukon, but watching this lifted my spirit.
🙏 Thank you
Charles and Emma are growing so fast. They are so adorable and sweet.
Those bushes are so pretty. I hope they do well. Some black cow soil will help fertilize them well. The wisteria will be so beautiful when it grows. Edd, I am glad you feel better. It is wonderful to meet a few of your patrons. Great job, all.❤
Lovely to see the children. The bushes have the prettiest flowers. A great addition to the passion project
Beautiful flowers! Can't wait to see how they bloom through the summer.
Nice to see you back Sir Ed.
Gotta rest more……. Less stress, less workaholic
Wonderful seeing the children. They are such good helpers. Love to all the Bordeaux Life gang.❤
Hi Edd and Anna, Glad Edd is feeling better. Those are some beautiful snowball plants! It's lovely to see Emma and Charles and your Patreons helping out.
Your children are so sweet.
Greetings from Colorado! We call those Snowball Trees. I love those. Our Snowball tree is about 25 feet high!
These are viburnum, different from a "snowball" bush or hydrangea.
@@amysimpson646it’s common name is a snowball viburnum in the US.
Such a lovely video; your children are delightful, Edd is looking much better and you had patrons helping!
Perfect!
Edd, Anna, Charles, Emma, Darren, Keturah, Stephanie Great job, the plants are beautiful. God bless you all and your Family's. See you on the next video.
Yes! The children have grown so much!❤❤❤
They are children. What would you expect to happen?? If they didn’t grow that would be worth mentioning.
Yes Ed, the Doublefile (Spicebush) viburnum will grow 6 ft tall and 6/8 foot wide if unpruned. You should always water in all plants (trees and shrubs) so they settle into their new growing environment.
Where is your garden hose nozzle? Viburnum are VERY forgiving of soil types as long as it “well drained”. Warning however! Spicebush (snowball) Viburnum are being destroyed by Viburnum leaf beetles here in USA.
Glad you’re feeling better. Edd. The children have grown so big since I last saw them. Loved how Charles said ' if you seen this part, like and subscribe' I nearly fell off my chair laughing. What a lovely crew full of humour and laughter, planting bushes was never so much fun. What is the name of bushes that you planted Anna? They look lovely. Have a nice day.
Lovely to see the kids and patreon’s. Hope Charles had a nice birthday 🎂
I'm so happy to see you back, Edd.
I’m so pleased you’re regaining your health Edd, even though you’re not quite 100% yet. Was so good to see your video, I have missed watching you. Shrubs you planted look beautiful and will make a lovely privacy break as they grow. Thank you and continue to get well. Great, filming Anna, lovely to see the children as well, joining in with the volunteers, well done to everyone. 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
Your children are SO GROWN UP!! Wonderful, and clearly being raised right!
Are the plants not planted a little bit low? Below the existing soil level? The are going to be SO BEAUTIFUL!! Congrats on the Project......
Perfect weather to plant just before summer starts for real, all the very best, Henrik
What beautiful and helpful children! In 2-3 months those bushes are going to be superb.
Welcome back Edd! So glad to see you up and about. ❤
Glad you are ok again 😊 i only have 1 snowball bush and it is massive very easy to multiply all the best hugs 😊❤😊❤
So glad you’re feeling better.
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️Happy to see Edd isgetting better. 👏👏👏👏 So glad you have a wedding at the passion project. The bushes look so good. Bravo!!! Brava!!!! Lots of love to Anna and the kids. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think they may have meant at the chateau not the passion project.
Gosh I have missed both of you I know that you have been battling between health problems and organising your first hosting of a 2024 wedding
Hopefully Ed you now have a clean bill of health and Anna you have had chance to charge your batteries
Organising and hosting a wedding is an amazing feat
All of the small attention to detail is totally amazing
I’m sure that the new couple really appreciated it x
Now Ed and Anna...those snow globes, that's what we call them in the US need to be planted in a straight row...too late now...but the symmetry of a straight line is everything...
Yes, that ragged line would drive me crazy!
The hedge is beautiful already! Ed, that's going to hurt later lol. So wonderful for your patrons to be able to visit and help out
HYDRENGIA BUSHES.R 😍 beautiful. Those bushes will be awesome next year!!! Westeria. Are Magnificent. ❤ LaGorce. Has magnific WESTERIA OMG. STUNNING TREE THERE❤
glad your on the mend ed. going to look beautiful once they take. your kids are just a treat to watch.
Great weather for planting, at least for the plants.
Bonjour Anna and Edd, the flowers are a nice touch and are going to look beautiful when they grow. The wisteria, was a wonderful idea, the Chateau is perfect for it. Nive to see some fans come to help. So sorry about the weather, France has had a very rainy spring. Love from N.Y.
So glad that you had lots of helpers. Those bushes will be beautiful when they get established. Thank you so much for sharing.
Great vlog! Like seeing volunteers lending a helping hand to Bordeaux Life!
So glad to see you guys again. Please film wedding prep, too.
Thank you patreons for helping😊
I can envision a big beautiful grand Gazebo between those trees by the pool. How lovely would that be?
Love the flowers.
Flowering bushes and trees add so much to a landscape. My favorite is hydrangea. Glad Edd is feeling better.
I haven't watched in a while and OMG the children have grown a lot.
Just before they first plant went in it looked as though it was a council worksite.. Three people watching one supervisor filming and The alleged boss doing the work!
Heeeej Edd 🤗So good to see you back 🌸💕🫶🏻
Your children are absolutely adorable!!! The house is beautiful!!
The flowers are beautiful!
Good show, it's nice that the children had fun, thanks.
Those bushes will be so beautiful, I can't wait to see them as they get bigger. Kathy USA 🇺🇸
Nice group of people and the children are so darling. Charles is a young man now. Emma is beautiful. Lovely property.
Pot bound plants should have their encircling roots sliced through to promote healthy new roots. If the plants don't thrive, you may want to dig them up, slice the roots and replant in much larger uncompacted soil holes.
I recall hearing that the hole should be double the size of the root ball. And fill with better soil &/or compost. 😉
@@mytube0969 yep
Great teamwork so good to see the children again! Patrons are wonderful to help you like that and I really like your new apprentice. He has a great smile.!
Haha Charles " Not with your hands, we're not in the stone age, we have tools now!" Well said...
Good to see you all. The plants look beautiful. You had wonderful little helpers. Nice to see Charles and Emma.
Good to hear laughter and see smiles. Lovely plants. ❤
What a lovely family you have! Congratulations on all your accomplishments!
Like the offset planting. Pretty blooms
Great idea for the gate: we use a green or black water proof fabric to screen yards in the US. Perhaps they have something like that in France?
Oh they look beautiful 🤍🤍🤍 loved all your helpers xx
I’ve been taught to also fill the hole with water so the dry soil does not wick the water away from the plant.
Lovely plants. Don't seem to get them that established in the UK. Hope the sun comes out soon. We are driving down to Bordeaux next week! 😜
Nice to have you back Ed, good thing about the ear, you don`t have to listen to Anna and the kids, teehee, be well my friend.
These bushes look beautiful already! What are they called?
Beautiful bushes will be just right when they grow
Welcome back Ed! I was starting to worry that the squatters had got you!
The floweres are a beautiful addition to the landscape.. your adorable children are growing so fast
Everyone appeared to be enjoy working as a team to plant the shrubbery. Watching it reminded me of planting 24 crepe myrtle bushes along the drive to our house about 10 years ago. We also experienced surprise at what we'd encounter just beneath the grass as we love in an area that was once an alluvial landscape thousands of years ago, so there were layers of gravel and larger stones, below that was sand layers. But the plants grew and we now have a beautiful line of pink lining the drive during the summer. I was wondering if there were any small trees or large shrubs that could be used to lighten the dark area under the trees at the far end of the yard. Here we have the native Dogwood trees planted along the treeline which provide swathes of white in the spring. White, pale pinks, etc.. plants & trees that are showy from spring through fall. Even dwarf and small growing Japanese Maples would provide splashes of color and testure in that area.
Hello everyone ❤
Regarding the wisteria I suggest you have a look at some of the March to May 2024 releases by “The Old Byrd Farm” restoration of the outdoors fields etc of a previously abandoned farm in southern USA.
Nice times to hang on to with the wonderful kids, family and friends saludos ❤ 👋🏽
They will look really nice along there!
Hi, was Darren the apprentice Hired or Fired? Great to see the team planting at the passion project. Martin and i had a good giggle over the antics, glad to see Kay giving sound advice and was Stephanie trying to hide again. Loved the fished job.
Hi Margaret and Martin! At least I didn’t hit my head trying to hide this time….
Going to look Amazing🤗👍
Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
For the gates, have you thought about having screen cloth made to fit? They use them on tennis courts and they look very nice with an exclusive finished look to it.
Edd so very glad to see you!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m surprised you didn’t have a length wood to measure the distances accurately when digging the holes 😊
The last the white flowered shrub by the walk is too close, it will overgrow the path.
We were worried that the path was a weak place for people to access the garden with a car so we planted close and will have to trim more often - lesser of 2 evils.
Great choice for a hedge. ❤🇿🇦
I have some concern over how low the crown of the plant is, should not the crown be level with the ground?
Truly your missed 💞🤝
I think it would have been easier to use a hoe to dig the holes and the shovel the take the soil out or cover the roots when the plant is in. Some nice garden tools make the work much easier and light. It´s looking great! Hydrangeas also maker nice hedges.
BEST TO YOU
Missed you all❤
Beautiful! Love the white hydrangea and your website looks great! Congratulations!
Very Pretty!
Hydrangeas look beautiful.
But would be better if you had cut out a strip of lawn along pavers add improved soil & so grass doesn’t chock them & will be easier to mow next to them.
Good to see you and Anna back Edd. CZcams has been rather boring and in need of comedy relief!
Hola Anna y Edd que lindo trabajar en familia y mucha suerte con los invitados y que todo salga bien !!! Exitos ...
Wonderful to see you, Edd! Such good news that you're on the mend.
