    I make knives as well and I have had heat treat problems in the past especially with 80CrV2 blades and I was literally trying to find a good knife testing video and you gave me exactly that.     80crv2 is a great steel. It's tough has fantastic retention and is easy to work with.

      I learned under Burt Foster first and yes I worked in Jason’s shop for about 2-3 years. I owe a lot to them.

    Hey i got this ducks unlimited knife of the year 2023 damascus steel blade does anyone know how good the blade holds up?it says it has 230 layers of damascus steel
