    Dang, the force from his throws is sick.

    The speed and torque on that plant foot is scary good. So much practice to have the whole body snap like that with great timing and control.

    its interesting, in slow motion you can see that you take your left hand/arm and move it downward right before you pull the disc to throw it.

      Nice eyes. He’s forcing his off arm down and into the body right as he begins his pull through to influence the speed of his shoulder rotation. That off hand movement is important to help drive your shoulders forward towards the target for extra power.

      Same principle figure skaters use to spin faster.

    If you pause it at 36.5 seconds, you'll see this dude is Gumby.

    I'd like to see that throw in slo-mo. Looks like he did not extend that left shoulder around like he said one should...not even close ?!

    • @TheCane0
      @TheCane0 Před 3 lety +9

      what do you mean, that extension happens for like a split second but i could notice it even without slow-mo

      @@TheCane0 nope, check out his left shoulder, disappears completely as the right side is so far twisted back as he describes what he's going to do then in the throw left shoulder doesn't come close to disappearing behind his upper body.
