The Roland DJ-707M is a compact and well-built four-channel DJ controller that has lots of outputs and inputs and comes bundled with Serato DJ. The DJ-707M even has the ability to save input and output settings in "scenes" so they can be recalled at a later date for easy setup.
The DJ-707M also has pre-loaded Roland TR drum patterns built in so you can easily sync them with the music playing in Serato or over your live inputs. The effects and microphone sections are new and intuitive and all the Serato Performance Pad Modes are represented here as well. this unit seems to be perfect for all mobile DJ's. It's practical, super portable and can do just about anything needed at a decent price-point. This isn't a fancy performance controller like the Pioneer SRT-1000, but the Roland DJ-707M does what you need it to do from weddings to private & corporate events. I especially love all the mic inputs!
This is a great integration of what’s needed for their target market without bloat. Great review and keep up the good work!
Thanks!
Great review as always buddy
Thanks my friend...
This is worth getting before getting the Prime 4.
Im hoping in the near future they make this same controller in a more bigger size equivalent to the larger roland controllers. I need bigger jogs
Thank you. How does this compare to the Denon DJ Prime Go? I am considering upgrading and was ready to jump on the Denon DJ and saw this Roland. I'm liking the input/outputs of the Roland. Thanks.
If you are only going to have one setup then I wouldn't buy the GO. I would get this as a primary controller as it has more features and feels more professional when in use.
New Sub, Great videos and in depth reviews. I'm brand new to DJing, looking to learn, what would be the best product to start with in your opinion, price/build/features etc?
Thank you so much! check out the DDJ-400 from pioneer. you can get them for like $250 and they come bundled with the FULL software with features unlocked.
@@RealDJblaze Appreciate the quick response, that's awesome, I was just actually checking out the DDJ-400 as we speak haha. I like the look of the Pioneer products most, plus I know the brand etc. Do you have any recommendations as far as how to start learning or tutorials? Thanks
@@uglyraff9313 Check out DJTLMTV old youtube tutorials. They are great.
Where are u bro Long time no see
man am soooo jelly everything my 505 should have that i wanted to use with my reloop mk2s perfect size 4 channel 2 usb outputs am sick i should have waited
The 505 has the TR drum sequencer though!
I am looking to take my DJing up a notch and looking for a 4 channel DJC. S4 Mk3 or 707M?
Definitely the 707M as it uses more DJ software.
The Mic Anti-Feedback is very nice and way overdue. I hate bringing my dbx DriveRack VENU360 for simple gigs.
Lol I tried it, the mic sounds like shit without antifeedback. It sounds even worse with it. I was so dissapointed with the mics.
Does the effects works standalone like the Pioneer S9
Only the effects on the filter knobs will... The other effects are all software.
@@kareemthedream6084 thank you.
Which controller is better Denon mc6000 or the DJ 707
The 707...
@@RealDJblaze thank you BREDRIN Bigboutya dunno rastafari BLESSINGS ☝🏾🇯🇲
How could they not make this 19” rack mountable 🤷♂️🤷♂️
What's better? 808 or 707m?
Neither! I would say the 808 is better for studio use while the 707 is better as a road warrior. They both can get the job done in either setting though.
What's the deal with the DDJ-400 level Jog Wheels? The $500 Mixars Primo has more attractive jogs than this $1000 unit.
The jogs are small, but the control on them is really tight! Most mobile DJ's will find this perfect, just as when they used the MC6000 from Denon.
Dude, it's not about the size lmaoo.
It looks like a "money maker". More for DJs who are in this game strictly for the money. But it's still nice.
It's too complicated
DJ'ing itself is complicated so that's inevitable. There's no way to put all that function without sacrificing simplicity. I bet it gets simpler once you get to play with it! I love it!
@@P4boot thanks bro
@@djmasart7936 bros I dey hail! 😂 I just looked at your name! Hehe how far?
@@P4boot ehh who be this one wey dey blow grammar
@@djmasart7936 no mind me abeg 😂 😂. I returned this controller... The mic sound na nonsense. I buy ddj 1000srt...
