- Being too cheap to buy one I made my own Rally Screen for my DR650.

Great work. Many tower DIY videos are lacklustre. Perhaps you can do another video showing the full fit up and installation? Should only be 8x bolts ;)

This looks awesome! I'm looking to upgrade my KLX 250 (EFI) with a rally tower setup. I've seen a cool one from Indonesia, and Australia, but with the hefty shipping costs and taxes, it's nearing Dakar prices... I like this setup you're using, closer to the bike and the windshield infront of the lights. Is your windshield reflecting any kind of light back towards you in the evening darkness? My mate wants to upgrade his Honda XR400 so we might build two of these and fit them to our bikes.

I want to do something verry similar but worried about the glare that on coming traffic will cop, how does yours look from the front at night?
