  • Watch to learn my favorite apps and tools for self-care - from bullet journal habit trackers to to-do list apps.
As a total Type A tech nerd, systems are my self-care. But it's not just me! Implementing systems, apps, and tools yourself can help you practice self-care consistently and turn it into a habit, instead of just something you do once burnout hits.
So in this post, I'm sharing my favorite habit trackers, tools, and apps for keeping up with self-care, including:
    - How I use tech and tools for mental health
    - My Todoist set-up for turning self-care into a daily practice
    - Habitica, Aloe Bud, Strides, and other apps for tracking habits
    - My bullet journal habit trackers for self-care
    - How to journal in Evernote without starting from scratch every day
    - Why I love the DayOne Journal app as someone who's always online
    - A quick tip for tracking habits with Google Calendar
And for more tips on using systems for self-care, subscribe to the Work Brighter weekly love letter at workbrighter.co...

Thanks so much! They are so great for that - especially if they're already super cemented in your daily routines already. I know that's why it worked for me. Also thanks so much for the comment - I'm a HUGE fan of your channel!

I like Toggl to track my time and do allow myself to nap if I need it.

So my favorite self-care systems are recurring tasks, journaling, and habit trackers! What are yours?
