So, what shows or movies would go in your smile file? Are you going to create the whole self-care plan?
This is amazing. For situational scenarios I’d say having to sub for a teacher or be in any other role outside of the position I got hired for (school counselor) can cause anxiety. Even FaceTime video can create a lil anxiety. Where I need to rest afterwards.
Sensational: headaches, sore muscles, feeling sick, feeling sleepy, stomachaches.
