Same thing here! It's already a year and a few months now for me that I realized what sugar AND dairy do to my body, so it's a constant battle with what I crave and what I can eat to look and feel good. And on top of that most of my family members don't believe or don't want to understand that, so they are constantly criticizing my "diet" but I just try to shrug it off and keep going.

@@ilikerainydays1500 The cravings are soo bad. Once you are a few weeks sugar and dairy free its not that bad but its hard to get there. Sometimes i remember what things used to taste like eg. oreos but if i try them its disgustingly sweet because my tastebuds have changed. But the good thing is that if i feel depressed afterwards i at least know that im not ugly or dumb or that nobody loves me but that my hormones are messed up.

I don't think that's what she's aiming for, she even saysin the video not to label foods as good or bad but often and less often, and like she says there are natural complex sugars and simple sugars

This video is perfect timing!! I cut out most processed sugars from my diet last November, but I've been wondering about more natural sweeteners since I still have even small amounts of sugar most days. The information out there is so overwhelming so I was really excited to see this video :)

Truly, I can't thank you enough for this video! I love smoothies and they used to be part of my breakfast menu but because of the bad rep due to the sugar levels I stopped having them, so thank you for helping me understand more how they work and seeing that they are not bad or unhealthy. Truly, much appreciated! Wonderful video as per usual Sadia :)

Artificial sweeteners give me massive migraines. That’s enough for me to never ever eat those chemicals. My body knows what to do with natural sugar, and everything healthy in moderation is the key
