"Sophia" was supposed to be a part-time character, but the test audiences loved her so much the powers that be made her the 4th "Golden Girl". That poor gay guy in the pilot episode was left in the kitchen!

I was a kid when I used to watch this, I'm 39 and still watch it to this day. It's so awesome to see a brother watching this. Lol I thought I was the only one in the world. That is so awesome...🙂

I've always loved golden girls. When they originally were on TV. And they are just hilarious. Your watching the funniest, there was on TV.
I would watch this at grandma’s when my grandpa was sick with cancer. He loved the show so much. I watch it all the time still. I’ve seen all the episodes and still lmao like it’s the first time I’ve watched it!

The first season is funny but the show got funnier and funnier as the seasons went on. Can't wait till you get to them.
as far as i am concerned i think the last 5,6,7 seasons were less funny than the first ones
After all these I did go on, finding the seasons and started watching them again !
I remember when it first aired. My partner and I were hooked from the first episode on. I think it was on Saturday nights. We'd watch Golden Girls then go out for a nightcap. What a great show.

@@Modern-Renaissance-Man I didn't watch it. This video hasn't even premiered yet. How could I have watched it? But, having pointed that out, I always skip your Golden Girls videos. I just stopped in to ask the question because I enjoy most of your videos quite a bit, but am always amazed that you've put out yet another Golden Girls video. It just seems very strange. I'm not sure why you resented my question and comments so much. I subscribe to your channel and watch your other videos, so I am actually helping to support you financially... so I figured I had the right to question and criticize one of your videos. Do you have the comments section open only for positive comments? Sometimes we can improve by listening to criticism.
