East of Sweden: Väddö canal [12]

This day was easy, the wind on my back again, and thanks to the big day yesterday I could make progress in sheltered waters.
The Väddö canal was fun, I'd already seen photos of it, and, contrary to what I'd first thought, it's not a commercial canal with big ships, but more a touristy place now.
A bit of paddling, standing in line for what turned out to be an icecream shop, then a nice place for camping at the canal entrance, getting ready for a rainy day tomorrow...

That is a nice series of a successful and ambitious cruise. Most relevant is that you are looking more relaxed from day to day. Canoe sailing and cruising seems to do the trick for you.

Great speed in the canal and it did not seem to be too crowded either. I think the outside might have been more exciting but maybe to exposed?

Yes the outside was inviting but indeed too exposed, and the channel looked nice. It was.
