- This video is the first installation of my build-through series on this heavily field-modified StuG III, in which I construct the lower hull and the front of the upper hull. In this series I'll show all my tips, tricks, and suggestions for assembling Dragon/Cyberhobby 1:35 StuG III kits!
Exactly the torsion bars don’t work so whats the point of having them in there? Very strange.
Dramatic soundtrack Evan.😅
Great video and very helpful too. I have been back into the hobby recently after many years away. I have just bought my first Dragon kit, and it is also my first Stug build. I found your video very helpful as a first time Dragon Stug builder. Although my Stug was kit 6578, there are many similarities. I also find that I am lazy about small fiddly parts that you can not see. I do not bother with them either, such as Parts A-4. Keep up the good work!
I just bought this exact kit, but without tracks- how do I find out what kind I need and where to find them? For stug 3's aftermarket tracks come in like 3 varieties. Thanks for any suggestions!
hi you mention that the dragon stugs and t34s are good kits, do you have any other suggestions for good dragon kits for my christmas list apart from these two as i have never built a 1/35 dragon kit and would like to try one out?
It was nice to have a hangout with you earlier, the banta that was being thrown around was unreal ;) ahaha must do again so, but with less shots fired haha
found it on eBay thank you again..
Your Stug looks awesome and very clean build. Sorry to hear about some minor issues with the kit. I'm having issues with my Stug as well. I believe the one I have must be the worst Stug III from Dragon that I have ever built. Looking forward in see the rest of your build!
Excellent start Evan. This thing is gonna be awesome when complete. You make the construction of complicated and highly detailed Dragon kits look so easy. I am always put off by the bad press the instructions are given. Continued success Sir, looking forward to the next update.. All the best.. :0)
i know it is late but I cannot find this specific model .... never done a WW2 tank before but this one really appeal to me... what is the number of the kits... thanks , by the way your videos are really helpful...
Thanks for a great video. I enjoy seeing the kits I would like to try. Looks like another great Dragon kit
The build is looking very nice. Love all that spare track armor add ons. I may join the GB....love the STUG. Keep having fun.
The excellent model turns out! We wait for continuation
Nice kit Evan. Plenty of uber detail. Slightly worried when you said 'I'm going to trust dragon instructions' lol. Keep up the good work mate. Looking great
Well, what can I say.....? You must be the fastest builder in the world! Kinda funny looking at your sped up build.
Nice work there Evan
Nice build so far Evan - just finishing a Panther diorama today!
following this, must be a nice build!
Interesting about the spare tracks and their location.... on the sides.... you don't want too much Track slack.... as they could interfere ???
I was wondering what color filter I should use for my M1A2 SEP Abrams Tusk II? Note that the color of the tank is Tamiya TS-46 light sand
