Hello anna, Sunshine or the lack of it, along with rain, especially cold temperatures and different barometric pressures have real effects on your health for your body as well. As your mind. I used to live in the Midwest USA. The weather is horrible it's either way too hot or way too cold. The number of days that the temperature and sunlight is just right are just two few. I moved to Thailand and live in Changmai. I can't tell you how much better my body feels as well as my mind. I'm happy almost all the time. I still travel all over the world. But when I'm at home in Thailand even at 70 years of age. My body feels good my mind is happy. When I'm in the Midwest, USA my knees and hips and back hurt. And i'm often upset in my mind. Just thought I'd mention that where you live is very important. Thanks for the great videos, David Williams..

Also I have been trying matcha lately but still have to have coffee as well. Did it take u a while to get used to the taste? Do you drink it hot or cold? 2:03: "...it's getting dark (in Paris) around 3 PM...". Well.....no.... you are not in Oslo where such would be the case.... Maybe you have forgotten to set your watch for the correct time zone....????
On 25. Dec will the sunset in Paris be at 16:58 CET (Central European Time) ....or 15:58 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) .....also called GMT ( Greenwich Mean Time) as the Brits like to cling to....
France is geographically located around the 0 meridian ....just like UK..... but has chosen to use CET (Central European Time) (just like Germany or Norway) ....and not UTC / GTM.....
Hence you miss the target with 1 hours (according to the geo-location of France) ...and with 2 hours for the actual time zone France has chosen to use....

Christmas in Los Angeles is awesome, as its 22C with a beautiful blue sky. I'm about ready to go on my 5 mile walk through our local magnificent mountains. Later on, I will spend some time at my local beach. So, you can stick Paris up your ass!
