Hey Anna! Thanks for the tips (unlikely though that I would ever go to Paris). Don't know much about Paris or France in general except for their world renowned wine and Champagne and their late great mathematicians.

Great tips - Paris wasn't my favourite city in Europe but still very much worth going ❤

Paris is like all overly touristic places on earth, a paradise for scammers and pickpockets. Eating in Paris can be a disappointing experience; scams include a number of restaurants that serve, at inflated prices, pre-prepared industrial dishes pretending it's traditional French cuisine. Do check restaurant ratings on the internet, and in general I'd recommend avoiding "eateries" near touristic spots.
On the berets... you indeed very seldom see a Frenchman under 80 wearing them nowadays, except occasionally for fun. They're definitely out of fashion in modern France. The last man in my family I saw commonly wear one was my grand-father, who would be way over 100-year old today.
And, if trying to speak French, never say "o la la". The only time we use this expression is when being told bad news or a a sign of exasperation. So.....

Where is the Eiffel tower in the background window??? 😳 That’s rule number one in Paris: You have to see the Eiffel Tower at least from one window of your apartment 😁😁🤣

I didn't watch your video yet, but i hope you said, Bonjour 3 times, comment allez vous, bon weekend if before the weekend, bonne vacances, ask about everyone's family. In France people are usually (!) unable to make the difference between the respect of the social conventions and the respect of the individuals.
