1:34 Cardiac screening, this should be done for the general population at a young age for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, in my opinion. Too many young athletes dropping dead from something that's easily screened for :(

Why not integrate Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi next? I would have much preferred a grim determined grind....co’s that mindset may be needed; not the ‘Im just happy to be here, to show off my orange tan and new tat’ vibe going on.
