    Shows what a physique built for power, strength and endurance looks like. These chaps would maul your average Jersey Shore muscle head in about 5 seconds flat. #fearthefat

    They go through all of the fancy training equipment and techniques, the athletes can run and jump like a deer, yet they can't play rugby.

    Except cryotherapy has been proven to negate alot improvements and vascular changes in the muscles and extremities, constricting capillaries and essentially starving the muscles.
    We used [past tense] ice baths at our club until I found the studies for it. Club physio

    Science shows that ice baths work better the criothearapy, and ice baths are a whole lot cheaper. Yoga is also a great way to deal with injuries.

    • @TheBouncaboy
      @TheBouncaboy Před 6 lety +11

      Mitch Horton define athletic. Because these guys have a hell of a lot more aerobic capacity

    • @tightlikeweed9735
      @tightlikeweed9735 Před 6 lety +22

      Yea it's also a lot easier to put on more bulk when you're only playing for 10 seconds at a time. Also nfl players have less skills they need to practice cuz they're job is either to pass the ball OR run a route OR block OR sack the QB OR make tackles OR cover a wide out. Every Rugby player on the other hand, has to be able to pass, run, tackle, and ruck. About a hand full of them have to do even more. Oh and it's non stop for eighty minutes.

    • @Lou84mm
      @Lou84mm Před 6 lety +19

      NFL vs Rugby = short explosive power and strength with limited skill sets vs long-term endurance and strength with multiple skill sets.
      Two different games, but the better around athlete is the rugby player.
