the game has only been out for a few months, u don't know for certain that nintendo will not give us updates like this. while i doubt they will give us every quality of life feature from these videos, they did say that they will be updating the game for about 3 years so updates like this are very likely.

The fact that this released 11 months ago and no changes like this or even big changes have come to the game is just sad.
Imagine this: You go to craft something but don’t have the materials. You click “Craft anyway!” and you see your character confusingly make the DIY. It comes out looking less than perfect but it would make a funny decoration!
That'd be hilarious ngl
And, you can select your hair and eyes color directly from the palette, like in acnl
they just have a question expression before you craft, then bad looking smoke comes out as they craft with a less confident look in their face, when they finish, they have a concerned expression as the music becomes distorted, the villagers around you will not clap, but look very concerned at you and the item you crafted
This would be realistic since I make foods without all my shit and it usually comes out slightly edible

They did add the storage idea in the video, but I’m confused why that was the only one. All of these ideas were awesome and would probably make ACNH a much better game. This stuff looked like it came out of the news section on my switch!

Even if you have all "cute" characters, they most likely have different personalities...but they're still the same of 6 different personalities that all of the characters in the game share. They're saying they want a little more variety than 6 different cookie-cutter personalities.

There is no development in how they talk throughout your "relationship" with them, just cookie cutter meaningless lines that are so, so repetitive.

They should add 2 villagers modes:
Normal mode: They have more personality, and can be rude, like in the old game.
Chill mode: They are nice to you at all times, like as of right now.
These modes are allowed to be changed.

For context for the original comment, in Nick's streams of him making this video, he mentioned that he likes most of the tunes in this game, but the synthesizer melodies ruin many of them for him. In my opinion, the synthesizer wasn't the best choice, but the tracks are still really good even with them.
@@L1N3R1D3R Compared to new horizons new leaf does have much much better music and variety. If you want the best animal crossing soundtracks, check out animal crossing gcn or city folk
ftr, there are reasons why they dont have some of these features. you cant decorate/terraform while guests r visiting so that you cant trap them. but most of this is... wow. like youre literally telling them concisely what everyone thinks is wrong with this game and nintendo is just like "Actually we just made it harder to make money" like. why. WHY. this is supposed to be a fun zen game not a challenge
Another thing is that you can't customize your airport because it's vital to some of the mechanics. Different coloured airports mean that you will get certain exclusive colours on items in nook shopping.

Only things really added was storage from a shed, storage expansion, and putting DIYS in storage the shopping things I really wnat though. I hate wasting bells when I forgot whats in storage or of I already bought it.
Honestly there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to indicate whether you've cataloged something or not. In the DIY menu it tells you if you've made the item before AND how many are in your inventory or storage
Items you haven't catalogued yet could have a little sparkle on the corner every now and then, kinda like watered flowers, so you don't even need to inspect them.

That design editor one--I've never understood why the touchscreen doesn't work with it.
I had bought one of those pencils that work with touchscreens the day I bought ACNH cause I knew I would do a lot of designing. Wasted 10$
