1. Battery life
2.battery cost if need to replace.
3. Motor guarantee
4.water proofing and water test.
5.battery drain test
6. Battery charging cost.
7. Maintenance cost or service schedule.
8. Motor and battery replacement cost in case of wear and tear.
9. Cost of fitting and if other city customer can be beneficial
You can also build or buy custom battery packs. They have to handle the amp load and voltage. But range and charging can be based on that.

We r getting electric scooty with lead acid battery for 52,000 -55, 000. (No registration)
Converting old petrol to electric for 55,000-60,000 (expenditure including transportation) + 1₹ per km for battery subscription is waste of money.
A normal li ion battery can work upto 3yrs with 50k -75k kms, means we have to spend min 40,000 for 40k kms ...
1 lakh expenditure for 2yrs. 2.5₹ per km...
And for the next time battery will be min 40,000₹.

1. On the rear wheel, the circullar shaft attached to overed to avoid any cloth fetch by ot as well as to stones and mud.
2. Motor should also be covered to avoid mud.

1. since when a BLDC motor started costing like 50k no matter what electronic modules and management systems you use?
2. When the person will be charging the battery on his own paid electricity why the are charing subscription for it?
This would mean 54k+ you drive 30000 in a year mean 54000+30000= 84000 paid to this company than expanse of electricity paid - assume its 15000 as per today's tariff charges
total cost in one year goes to 84000+15000= 99000 in 1 year
by next year another 30000+15000= 45000
45000+99000=144000
where you already get a 3 year warranty with any new EV bike in lesser value
innovation is good but the route chosen by this startup will definitely become the downfall for them.

Also, feel a slotted guard cover could have been provided for the rear wheel pulley for safety. Hope you have a road map for converting geared bikes also.

It is usefull for those who already owns old scooter and thinking to buy an electrical schooter for daily commuting.
Since its belt driven, if they can incorporate a compact gear box the mileage can be improved a lot.
It looks so promising and I'm interested to give them a try because the money they are asking i think it's totally worth it ।
Why? It's bad investment. You'll lose 50k and you'll have your old scooter with bad electrical. Sell old one and add the 50k to buy an OLA or Ather.
Old scooter value is 5000 in scrap + 50000 = 55000 me koi ola scooter nhi aata bhai
@@mohitparashar1812 if the scrap value of your scooter is 5000, nothing from that won't be good. Worn out tires, bearings, suspension damages, handling issues,cables corrosion to the whole body. And you'll need to pay tax for next five years + renewal charges (if it accepted by RTO). I work on my two wheelers myself and know the conditions. If the scooter any usable to engine swap, it'll atleast have a sale value of 20K. Most of these ev moders are scam. Think before investment.

This conversion kit is specifically designed for Honda Activa Scooter. Don't know if you have those scooters in Sri Lanka.

it could be more thicker.for some reason all the EV I see the shafts are too thin....and that brings doubt what if the shaft breaks
Shaft is case hardened, so worst case it may only bend and not break..
Another doubt is Chasis durability.
What grade of steel is used and do you harden the chasis too.

Basically full charge is about 2 units which is about 14 rs as of date for a range of 80 km. So our running cost is 1.2 Rs including subscription and not 1 Rs. Is my cal and understanding correct

Storing any data of a person is subject to misuse and against constitutional right to privacy. In today's scenario, everybody is trying to grab and seize the other person's personal information/data. You are also trying to make the customer as your data slave. In view of all the aspects, you also data robber. Hence, Please buy any Electric Scooter which do not keep your data.
Data means how much scooter they drive
They are not taking your aadhar or any documented data. So listen before you comment
55000 only for conversion kit.. And Rs1/- per km subscription..so the battery for example cost 72v 42ah will be 72*42*18= 55000 approx..
Battery purchasing is much cheaper than subscription as every year atleast 20000km running can be done easily so in 3years 60,000 km subscription amount will be Rs 60000 ( Rs1/km/). However batteries like Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery can give performance upto 5years and then service is needed..
So subscription is absolutely a very costly deal..!!
