This video is more than likely going to make me buy one of these watches! I already have the GW-500 1JF and GW-M5610 but the screen/colour combo is the only thing which is doing it for me for this vintage watch..
I have a dw5600c Japan A with 691 module
Hi roberto are you interested in selling ti for a good amount ? Pelase contact me.

I will not sell, I have it for 33 years, it was a gift from my father
@@robertobegliomini8422 always keep it, not for what it is, but for what it represents 👍🏻
Correction this model was released in 1987 .
Classic!
Hi my friend the gasket?
Is the bezel a genuine OEM Casio one or is it a Brazilian after market bezel?
The bezel on this is original OEM Casio. I was lucky few years ago to find some old stock :) Now they are impossible to day, pretty much no chance of buy old stock OEM bezels.
My father gave me his old dw-5600c 901 that he used in the air force. It needs a new bezel and new straps. Could you share with me where you got yours?
I was lucky a year ago when I found a seller on ebay with genuine bezel and strap. These days bezel is almost impossible to find under $110, but genuine straps can still be bought. You can get aftermarket bezel from the seller from Brazil. They are not 100 % the same as genuine, but they work fine.

Crater777 Hey, thank you very much! $110 is a bit too steep for me haha. I'll check into that seller. Much appreciated.
what did you use to polish the crystal ?
Previous owner restored it and polished it, sorry don't have the info what he used
Ok ,Thanks for the reply. just picked one up on ebay (DW5600C Japan A Serialized) and it has some fine scratches i want to clean up.
got a smoking deal ($48 shipped)on ebay because the seller didn't know what they had and the watch is almost perfect , but it needs a new bezel and the crystal polished.
Randy Voss Have you tried polishing the crystal with a small amount of toothpaste? I have found it works a charm.
I will give that a shot, thanks
