- Our British pairs are put to the test as they attempt to master the art of traditional Indonesian cooking for the very first time. With a custom cookbook I've specially crafted for this occasion, they will take on the challenge of creating classic dishes such as Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Lumpia, and the refreshing Es Dawet.
The guests joining us today are stars from the British TV series, Made In Chelsea.
Watch as Lily Ludovic, Billy Precup, Guy Connolly, and Inga Valentiner swap their champagne flutes for spatulas as they dive into the vibrant world of Indonesian cuisine at the serene Villa Of Light in Canggu, Bali.

Watching Brits try cooking Indonesian food for the first time was so entertaining! It's impressive to see them take on the challenge with enthusiasm. In my opinion, Laurence Benson is the most genius UK person because he tries his best to connect Indonesia and the UK in every way,But it's a shame that only Laurence Benson from the UK did this and no other UK people even though this is very important.The Indonesian market has been dominated by CZcamsrs from Germany, Australia, South Korea, France, Japan and others,They all master all fields in Indonesia, be it business, TV shows, market endorsements and others, while the UK is far behind in this regard because only Laurence Benson is struggling.However, in the UK, Indonesian food businesses such as tempeh and others have developed well on a large scale carried out by entrepreneurs from the UK,But the biggest holders of the Indonesian food business are from America, France and Germany on a large scale, meaning there are hundreds of millions of dollars or even billions of dollars in the Indonesian food business.
A close example is Thailand introducing food from its country and all of that there is its own government intervention that is pushing to introduce Thai food,Meanwhile, there are no programs like Thailand but only independently those Indonesians who live abroad or marry overseas.

Onde onde, kldpon itu makanan dari Jawa, dibawa oleh masyarakat Jawa yg bekerja di Malay. Banyak lagi masakan yg sama seperti nasi lemak, di Indonesia namanya nasi uduk. Tarian reok Ponorogo dari wilayah Ponorogo, Jawa Timur, batik dll... juga asli milik Indonesia. Banyaknya migrasi pekerja Indo kr Malay yg membawa makanan, adat istiadat dll ikut serta.

Tapi mereka akan menggunakan tangan jika itu adalah Nasi putih yang di tambah beberapa jenis lauk pauk. ..
Tdk sll makanan indonesia makannya pake tangan, nasi goreng mie goreng mkn pake sendok garpu ato sumpit, makan nasi padang ato makanan sunda dng lalap dan sambel indentink mkn dng tangan .
Sayangnya es dawetnya hitam koyo air kotor...harusnya agak putih santan sedikit kemerahan gula jawa...itu tampilan yg jelek...😊
