West Bromwich STONE CROSS shopping Centre, so depressing to walk around it

West Bromwich STONE CROSS shops are a mix of more barbers, nail salons and kebab shops. These places are blighting our traditional towns. Something needs to be done. Watch as you witness more of these awful places clogging up this once thriving town centre.

My mom used to take me to Stone Cross. There was a laundrette, and I had some Tiger Tots, to keep me quiet.
There was a bingo hall and my mom went every Thursday. Hoping to get her fortune.

Everywhere you go it's all horrible new builds, people just pave over front gardens no one takes pride anymore, yes everywhere you go it's the same type of shops, round the same type of people

i worked at Stone Cross in the early 70's at Midland Bank - great times, but i don't recognise anywhere from the walkaround.

Many people who have left the area of West Brom from the 70's now find many places unrecognisable and not always for the better!!

What can I say? Decline is seen everywhere but certain places really do have that feel of neglect, such a shame really.

These towns must implement some kind of cap on the amount of these types of shops that can be allowed to operate

Iv lived around Stone Cross for a few years not a bad place to live tbh ..nice ppl and it's got everything u need ..and safe ..

i can't understand what exactly was so depressing about stone cross? Places aren't depressing it's the people who are depressed!
