I charged my 14 pro max with 20W charger every day for 8 months and didn’t drop even 1%. I upgrade to 15 pro max 2 months ago. Yesterday I installed ios 17.5 and immediately drop 1%. I regret upgrading, the phone was getting so hot!

What I learned that makes your health go down is using your phone on the charger I don’t do that anymore I typically charge mine to 85% it gets as low as 30% maybe 25 if I’m distracted normally I charge to 85 for 3 days in a row then I charge to 100 once a week I got a 14 pro max back in Feb of 2023 as of now it’s at 94% Health which is fantastic considering how low the others get after.a year

Yes I have set limitation at 80% on my 15 Pro, there's a toggle on the Battery settings but didn’t find it on 12 Pro for example

iPhone 15 since January 2024 , it’s April now and I’m on 99 battery health, I only charge on my PS5 and never overnight.
