I was really curious if that was a joke or if he did it subconsciously. She was ready to hand it back to him and he second guessed and realized what he did it seemed.
I think it’s just muscle memory from LZ World Tour where he’s on the mic and the star of the show sorta thing. Becky played it very natural. Knowing Adam and his quarks from outside of drift masters probably helps lol

@@MrHeisenb3rg last time I was this early LZ was bmxguitar5. And you're right, LZ was a good driver even when he had the s15 in FD. But he's progressed so much since then. Has the ability to shred in any chassis he gets into. Plus his biggest obstacle was his brain and overthinking. His new attitude is helping a ton

@@muki_hi the whole season is like this... connor was last years champion and is now not even close in the standings😅 i like DMEC more then FD its harder but more fair... and not becoming a grassroots event with big money🤣🤣

It is actually insane the abuse that car got put through all weekend. True testament to both the team and support you had around you! Johan and Owen have done such wicked work with that car and your driving is just getting better and better! First half of 2024 has been such a sick year so far, bring on the last half!!!

They need an overhead "truth serum" drone in DMGP also. I think that would show that you were lined up to "rub" the wall and be bumped you further into the wall just as you made contact.
I agree I feel he wasn't fully at fault
To me it looked like Adam was only hitting the wall with the back of the car, then he got smashed into and pushed into the wall
I was in the front row of a2 stands and his wheel hit the wall before the collision between them. I was saying to my friends how in the hell is he still going after i saw the wheel turn to inside the car
he smoked the wall you can see how far in the rear of the car is, which obviously slowed his momentum down so then he got hit, it’s adams fault what’s the other driver meant to do when he’s trying to be as close as possible, just press pause? 😂
I'm pretty sure they usually have an overhead drone, but not sure why not in this round

Keep fighting Adam. No matter what youre driving skill has gotten top tier n it shows. Drift Masters and RDC are the 2 toughest pro competitions in the eastern hemisphere so its going to take some time but dont give up dude

The sudden force of the guy hitting Adam as his wheel was already against the wall, caused something in the suspension to fail.
Then when he went cut over the edge of the pavement into the dirt, it seemed to cause the wheel to dig in and fold under the car due to the damage from the previous hit.
RTA snapped and took everything with it
i knew you'd do well with the e36 in FD but i was genuinely impressed and a little surprised by how well you drove this car. Most people probably don't understand the level of difference in grip and difficulty between a car of this caliber and your fd car. Good stuff man you're going to kill it at riga.

Thank you for coming, your car seems super fast, shame it had to rain. I wish that it would have been like last year where it was dry and sunny on race day but hey, that is life. Hope next year we will have dry weather!
Loved the video. Bit jealous of the Finnish car culture. Here in Sweden we seem to ban more and more tracks every year, and make it harder and harder for car enthusiast to continue with their hobby.

In Finland they drive rally e36 with s50 3 litre and those have 400 hp. Gravel moves fast.
I'd probably just give up and go home and to check with it all! But you cant. You are doing something very important to a lot of people, someday you will realize it. Until then, try harder to just have fun and be who you are! The hard work is paying you off in massive fashion, and spread the love!
Such a bummer for what happened in the race but hopefully Finland left you a good impression, see you next year we'll be waiting 🇫🇮

Ford has used a high wall power steering pulley in the past. Its essentially has like 1/2 tall walls where the belt rides. Came on the 4v 4.6 modular cobra motors.

Idk how after watching the footage that your team hasn’t been able to fix the belt situation. It’s very clear that your alternator bracket is flimsy and flexing hard and that’s what’s throwing the belt. Literally had at least an inch of back and forth flexing
The whole Finland event was brutal on the cars. hopefully the rest of the season is more forgiving
