Here is the second episode of the sales series, covering vocal tonality and why it is important in sales. Make sure to check out the previous video on mindset (Link is in the description).
This is a game changer to me my convertían went up from 15% to 30% and with the best script combined even higher goal of the company is 25% so I'm really glad I found your amazing video this is saucy.
Summary: - Start in a friendly way so bring your voice up at the end of a sentence. Once you built report, keep your voice on the same tone to show that you are at the same level, like you are talking to a friend. Then make your voice go down to make them listen. This also shows confidence in what you are saying. (tip: if you are in a meeting don't keep the conversation to long with sentences going up or you will come over as insecure!) - To put emphasis on a word, higher the volume of a certain word. - You need to become aware that this is a thing so you can use it stretegically. Practise it with the words 'Voice goes down' and do so as well, this way you'll find the perfect pitch when actually pitching someone. Cheers!
That was awesome! Sometimes I think my voice/tonality is boring... You know how artist use autotune (software) to sign in tune. It would be wicked if there was some autotune for tonality in video sales letters ...
@@bobvanbuul7039 i've made a copy of my powerpoint presentation where I drew some up and down arrows and other symbols to emphasize the different tonalities in each word/sentence. I guess this 5min VSL will take me a few hours tonrecord and another few to edit the many cuts 😂😂
They're called, trying for rapport, neutral rapport, and breaking rapport. Trying for rapport is when you're trying to get the other person, neutral rapport is what you use with family/friends, breaking rapport is the way cops and thugs use.
I recently started working transfering calls to insurance agents, So I just need to convince the customer to get over to the licensed specialist, but Im having a hard time, some people just hear the “hello “ and inmediatly hangs up, english isnt my first lenguage either, so Im making researchs, I want to get better at this
80% is tonality 20% is words you use... So if I sell people crap they dont want/need/cant afford they will agree 80% of the time if my tonality is right? Common ... Ofcourse tonality is important but lets be serious.

Great content about Tonality
Thank you so much!
what mic are you using? It sounds very good.
I hate the sound of my voice when I record it so I try to make it more flat and that makes it more boring.
Thank you
