In this video I interview Max Osetskyy - a Men's Physique athlete who went through a rough time regarding mental health during the first lockdown.
We speak about the mindset you need to keep pushing to prepare for a show and how this is similar with starting and growing a business.
When he first prepared for a show he was 12 weeks into his prep and then the show got cancelled. Dealing with this he got into a depression and found himself just laying in bed.
By taking small steps he slowly got himself back on his feet pushing harder then ever.
I believe this is something that will be familiar to a lot of business owners. Sometimes it is not fun and you don't see how you should keep going. By focusing on your goals and taking small steps you will be making sure to keep making progress.
We also talk about stepping out of your comfort zone. We all struggle with this, but at the end of the day we have to do what we believe will have us achieve our goals and not care too much about what others think.

Tell me about it! I've always been a night owl, and my difficulty to adjust to "normal" hours has always given me so much difficulty in work and relationships. I've lost numerous jobs because of coming in late because I simply couldn't get up on time. I've been labelled lazy, and people have been quite intolerant.

I suggest you look into peptides (TB500 or BPC157) and HGH from your doctor, a slightly progressive one or simply from an online source. It can slice your recovery in half.

You can train legs, back and abs. I suggest you, even when you will return in full shape to have more rest days in order to let the muscles rest and grow stronger. I even do NOT suggest to train just the other arm, because you will end up having an arm much bigger than the other one in the end of the eight months.

This is why safety is important above all. A one arm pushup is impressive but not being able to work out for 8 months can be a huge setback.
